Calling all Happy Campers to enjoy this beautiful and spacious Coachman Leprechaun. Pets under 30 lbs. are welcome to join you on your camping adventure. Happy campers will enjoy having two queen-sized beds, full-sized bed, futon bed, sink, stove, oven, microwave, full-sized residential refrigerator, heater and ac. Tons of storage space inside and underneath for all your gear. The bedroom area features a walk-in closet plus a washer and dryer. The Jack and Jill bathroom make it convenient to have access to the sleeping area with plenty of privacy.This rig is equipped to with a furnace/water heater system, generator, full length patio awning and LED Patio light bar. You will be able to relax in the residential beds, large cab-over area and with the oversized dinette area. What's includedThe Happy Camper has all the supplies you need for up to six people. Cookware, dishes, flatware, cups, coffeemaker, bed linens, towels, and cleaning supplies. The little extras provided are a few games, a small outside table, and two chairs. RecommendationsThe full size residential refrigerator has plenty of space for you to bring all your cold and frozen food you will need for your adventure. If you have particular seasonings or morning beverages, we recommend you bring all that bring you joy.Other things to noteSmall Dogs are allowed with $150 pet fee, no other pets - excessive cleaning fee will be measured and taken from security deposit. Sneaking a dog WILL result in full forfeiture of the security deposit.
No smoking or drugs of any sort - $500 to $1000 cleaning fee
Excessive cleaning fees may apply due to spills, odors, etc.

This was my first experience with an RV, Cheryl explained everything and even repeated herself. The RV was perfect, it had everything we needed. I highly recommend renting from her, she’s an amazing host.

Apparently the RV had to go into the shop days before our trip for problems. We drove 2 hours to get this RV for the owner to tell us last min it wasn’t ready. It seamed as though this rental was just a side gig that she didn’t put much effort in to. Very poor communication. People shouldn’t be doing this if there not going to do the best for there customers. This is not a cheap vacation. Thankfully Outdoorsy customer service took good care of us and found us another rental same day and that RV owner was a great communicator even though he was out of town.
