we arrived to an RV that did not have gas or water. We wasted an hour of our vacation to get gas and wait for him to put water in the RV. There were no supplies such as utensils, dishes, paper towels. When we extended the side of the RV, a panel got stuck on a cabinet door that the owner had fixed DIY. The wood panel came off the side . When I returned the RV, I showed the owner and he said it was not my fault. Then, he proceeded to file a claim in ann attempt to have me pay for it. The outdoor Z resolution team determined the damage was the owner‘s fault. This owner said he was not going to rent his RV again. If he chooses to, I recommend you do not rent from him! You can find a better quality RV with an honest owner.

The generator was the main issue that we had. At first, the generator had the breaker trip so I had to flip it back on. Once I did that, we had AC. When it started malfunctioning again, I had to find the relay under the hood to try and reset as the owner advised me to. It would then shut off after using it for like 20 minutes. We had to deal with the 95 degree weather so it was really bad to not have AC. Owner did communicate that he hadn’t experienced trouble like that before but sorry it was happening to us. The retractable living room had a header that fell on my friend and cut him on his head. Owner was very nice which is why I gave 3 stars. Honestly nice RV if generator and header get fixed.

Tanks were full from previous renter. Heater broke down and didn’t work. Just an all round average experience owner was nice
