Mixed experience — Some Positives, But Major Issues to Address.
We had to cut our three day trip short after just 1.5 days due to several serious issues. The RV had safety concerns (malfunctioning mirrors, dim headlights, faulty, rear camera, and worn wipers), was misrepresented in length (listed as 33 feet, actually 38 feet), and had a persistent alarm malfunction. The pick up was delayed by over two hours, and the pre-trip checklist was not completed. We were rushed through the handoff, no test drive was offered, and the driver side window shades repeatedly fell while driving. Within 40 minutes of departure, we were already considering turning back due to the overwhelming issues.
That said, there were some positives: the engine ran smoothly, the bed was comfortable, storage was amble, lighting was good, and the RV came with all necessary holding tank accessories. One host was responsive and encouraging early on which we appreciate appreciated.
We hope the hosts take this feedback seriously and address these concerns for future renters. This review asks me if I would recommend this RV, I’m saying yes to give the host an opportunity to make
improvements. With improvements, this could be a much better experience.

We had an awesome time in this clean, well stocked RV. Made for the perfect 4th of July weekend.
