Great experience overall. Ken is very helpful and went through the whole vehicle in detail. It’s a great RV with plenty of room. Just a couple annoying things that didn’t work like the steps, the night shade in the front of the RV kept coming down while I was driving and the leveling system isn’t the best.

Ken was very responsive and easy to work with. There was no problem with the auto levelers (so whatever the issue was with the prior reviewer seems to have been fixed). The only problem was that the generator would not turn on the last night of our trip, but we did not need it because it was cool and we were able to sleep without it. I am sure Ken could have talked us through the problem if we had called him for help. Overall, the RV ran well and Ken was patient and responsive. Would rent from him again.

We simply did not have a great experience with the vehicle, with Outdoorsy response or the owner’s response.

Ken is great to work with. Did a great walk around with us. He’s working on some of the mechanicals,ie, inverter so batteries stay charged on shore power and the heating system works. Auto-leveling jacks do not function well and needs some work. RV is very stable on the road and pleasure to drive. Would rent again!
