We had an excellent time! Holly is a sweetheart and was so helpful and thorough with her explanation of how everything worked. All of the beds were very comfortable. Everything felt super clean. It felt very spacious, kitchen was equipped with all of the essentials (though we did bring some of our own cookware), water pressure in the shower was great :-) We have zero complaints and would definitely rent from Holly again.

Has some mechanical problems as that often is how life goes. Holly the owner. was more than available, very reasonable and made sure stuff was fixed and taken care of. I recommend this as a rental

short notice cancelation, even though due to the owners family emergency, caused great inconvenience for us as now we cannot find an rv to rent.

What a wonderful rig- bigger than we were originally planning on renting, but it wasn’t bad to drive. Very comfortable beds and everything provided for us, even the paper towels. The owners couldn’t have been nicer - so easy to communicate with and with masks on very conscientious of our current covid climate. Thanks for a great safe trip!

If you're a first time RVer like we were, Holly's RV is perfect for you! She is a great communicator, always responsive and reachable both before and during the rental. She took a lot of time to explain the inner workings and details of the RV which was incredibly helpful. The RV drives well and was very clean and comfortable for our family

My brother and our two friends had such a great experience renting Holly’s RV. The RV runs great and surprisingly easy to drive considering how big it is. Holly was great and was super quick to respond when we had questions. Definitely recommend!!

My wife and I rented Holly's RV for 11 days at the end of July, it performed well all except for the fridge that didnt work at all. Im pretty sure she knew something was wrong with it when I met her to pick it up because the cover for the propane portion of the fridge was off, and she explained everything about the RV in extensive detail except for the fridge. "And this is the fridge" is all she said, I asked her about how to use it and she said "just leave it on auto and it will be fine". It wasnt cold so I asked her if the propane valve was open and she said yes and that it takes a little while to work. Holly was very nice so I didnt think anything of it. When I got it home it still wasnt cold so I checked the valve and it was closed so I opened it. I assumed that would take care of it. My wife loaded the fridge and freezer. We also noticed when we were loading the RV that it was full of dog hair, especially the couch where my son was going to sleep. When we got to Idaho the next day everything in the freezer was thawed and nothing in the fridge was cold. The fridge didnt work on gas, generator or plugged into power. We spent 2 days trying to figure it out before it was too late and our food had spoiled. We had to drive back to town and buy more food and a cooler. I let Holly know about it when we came back to cell service but she wasnt much help. When I returned the RV to her, I said I didnt want to be rude because I knew it wasnt her fault (even though Im pretty certain she knew about it), but Id like a discount. She lied right to my face and said that it was up to outdoorsy to issue refunds and they dont usually like to do it, but she said she would contact them and ask for me. I called outdoorsy the next day and they said it was up to the owner to issue refunds and that she hadn't called them. I messaged her asking if she had talked to outdoorsy and she said that it was in the shop and she was waiting to hear back from them. She sited the contract where it said no refunds and she asked what kind of compensation i was looking for. I said I only wanted 2 days worth of charges returned seeing how I spent 2 days dealing with it instead of spending time with my family which i think is pretty reasonable. She never responded. I messaged her again the next week asking if she had heard from the shop and she ignored me.

Holly’s RV is great and we really enjoyed! We were dry camping and it is probably better suited for camping where there are plug in options. She was very accommodating when we had questions. We would definitely rent again.

We had an excellent experience renting from Holly and her family! They were awesome people and we highly recommend them. Everything from the pick-up to the drop off was a breeze. She was attentive to all our questions and was prompt with her responses during our trip. We would highly recommend renting their RV. And a bonus? A full kitchen, stocked with all the essentials you need while traveling. Oil, salt, pepper, seasoning... The little things that make the trip easier...A++
