The reason for this late cancellation was a roof leak which had to be repaired. I would not want someone to take it out and have that problem!

We loved vacationing with this RV! It was perfect for our family of 5. From picking up the RV to dropping it off there were always clear lines of communication and expectations between Mr. Smith and our family. I can’t imagine our trip up to Gettysburg without the RV, and we will definitely be returning customers for our next trip.

We had a great experience with Gary and his van. He was very thorough in showing us all the interior and exterior and helped us find a guitar which we wanted to take on the trip with us as we came from the UK. The van had everything we needed and was very easy to drive. Pick up and drop off was seamless and Gary made sure he was there to handover at the meeting point. Overall would definately rebook Gary, what a lovely man and using his van was the hylight of our tenessee trip. Thank you Gary! Amy Sam & Aaron x

We had rented a motor home thru another company and Thursday evening before we were to leave on Saturday the motor home caught on fire. We contacted Outdoorsy and they put us in contact with Gary. Gary was very accommodating and had his ready for us to pick up Friday afternoon. The unit was clean and well stocked.It was a pleasure working with Gary. I would recommend him.

Pick up and drop off was seamless. Gary took the time to go over every aspect of the RV before we took off. He also checked in to see if we needed anything during our trip. The RV itself was clean and had everything we needed to make our trip great (utensils, pots and pans, cleaning supplies, blankets, towels, and even a coffee pot!). My husband said it drove well and set up at our campsite was easy. I do recommend an extension cord, as depending on how far your plug in for electricity is at your site, you might need it (we did). This was our first trip in an RV, as we usually tent camp. As first timers it was easy to figure out all the workings. We really enjoyed our extended camping weekend in this and are already talking about our next trip!
