Paul was excellent to deal with. He was communicative and friendly, explained the trailer well, and was an honest gentleman. Great to meet him and his wife and I will definitely look for him next time we need a trailer.

Paul delivered the vehicle on time, however, the water was not full and had to push him to drive to the dump station to fill the water. He also then complained that there was a $10 dump fee. Upon arrival the sink was duct taped which he did not communicate prior to showing up (it was a none issue but wish it was communicated prior to arriving). Also, he tried to ding us for dump fees and labor which should of been included on the delivery / pickup fee. All together great experience just wish the line of communication was a little more clear.

We really enjoyed our trip with the trailer rental. Paul was very helpful in showing us how to use and properly hook and unhook the trailer and get it all set up. We were pleased on how clean the trailer was and in good operating condition. The pictures are very accurate to what you are getting. The trailer is in really good condition and still looks new.. We would definitely rent from them again on our next trip, and recommend them to anyone looking to rent a clean comfortable trailer.

Paul is the real thing. All reviews below (and I'm pretty sure above this) will confirm it. Customer service to the highest level. Paul's trailer is the very first tracker trailer I ever pulled and Paul made sure that Im comfortable and safe. The travel trailer is in top shape and easy to pull, I did not encounter any problem whatsoever. I found everything I need is there - outside kitchen, fridge, big awning, light in the night... List just goes on and on. No wonder Paul's schedule is fully booked always. One mistake on my part is that I rented it only for two nights and three days.. I will certainly rent again from Paul but this time I will plan my trip better and it will be longer. Thanks Paul!

Had the most wonderful experience first time camping on Paul's really spacious RV. Lots of nice features, like provided towels and great add-ons to your order, such as, R/T pickup/drop off. Paul was very accommodating and communication was great. I hope to rent from Paul again in the near future.

I wish I could give Paul himself 10 stars because what happened was not his fault he was extremely kind quick to answer all my questions and extremely helpful. Outdoorsy however gets no stars. They make you buy insurance and coverage to protect you and the owner but don’t honor or offer any help if something does happen which is unfair to the owner and “there guest” as my friend Paul says! These rvs are not tanks and things happen it’s life but when they do outdoorsy basically says oh well unless your stranded dead in the side of the road your on your own! This isn’t good business or good enough for the amount people have to pay to rent a rv! Yes we had some issues but anyone wanting to rent Paul’s rv I would say this! He is kind and informative as well as honest and helpful and if (because it is the world we live in) anything happens he will be WAYY MORE HELPFUL THEY THE INSURANCE YOU PAY FOR AND OUTDOORSY! Thank you Paul and your family for allowing us to use your r.v and in the end you were awesome!!

Paul is amazing. Really no other word for it. Great communication from the very beginning. Incredibly helpful and explained the ins and outs of the trailer very well so it was easy to understand as we haven’t used trailers much. Trailer was perfect for our family and you can tell they care about the condition it’s in when you pick it up after previous campers have just used it. Great people and the trailer was awesome. We will absolutely be return customers.
