The 3 of us (2 adults and one 11 yr old) rented VANna for 3 weeks to tour National Parks in CA, UT, AZ and NV. From the first contact to the last, Andrew's customer service and reasonableness have been top notch. We are long-time campers, but first-time RVers and Andrew was patient and thorough explaining all the features to us.

Unfortunately my Van was broken into and the repairs couldn't be completed in time. I did give Brian a heads up 5 days prior then we agreed to cancel the day before and move him into my Land Rover with roof top tent (also listed on here)

I loved the Road Trek 190. I was happy the whole trip while fishing and camping.
I loved driving the Chevy 190. Smooth and clung to the road.

We had a great trip. The van was very clean and everything worked as advertised by Andrew. The van is nicely put together and full featured. Andrew himself is very helpful and responsive and makes the process easy. I would definitely rent this van again.

Andrew was incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with even when we had a last minute change of plans. The Land Rover was a dream to drive and performed exactly as we hoped to allow adventures through many different situations: off road trails, snow, rain. We were delighted to find the pop-up tent was so comfortable and warm even while we camped in the mountains during the winter! Highly recommend. Would rent the DiScO again anytime!

This rental was even better than we imagined! Andrew was really great to work with and his vehicle was spotless. He provided so many great camping gadgets and accessories that made our trip super convenient and comfortable. The pop up tent was really easy to use and allowed us a lot of flexibility. Can’t recommend this rental enough! Thanks again, Andrew!

Andrew was wonderful to work with, and we loved his camper van. It is well equipped and maintained, perfectly clean, and everything was as described. The king sized bed was super comfortable -- made it tough to get up in the morning! Plus Andrew was super fair and refunded us for some items we did not use. Wonderful experience!

Andrew & DiScO River were awesome! He picked us up from the airport, kept us in the loop on everything with our booking and was very personable. We would definitely book with him again. I truly got to enjoy California for the first time in several years.
We had Very minor user-errors with the fridge/solar panel but it was our first time using either type of porable unit. Tent was super comfy, easy to set-up and stow down. All the amenities for camping were included, which was awesome since we flew in from Virginia... we only needed to pack clothes and were able to camp in Yosemite for a week!

The van is absolutely great! It has everything you need and it drives great. There is a bit of vibration on steering but nothing that bother me. We drove from San Francisco to Yosemite without any problems. Andrew explained everything about the RV to us (since it was our first time in an RV). He was super paciente answering all of our questions and he answered all my text messages very fast. I may rent this van again for some other trips I plan to do. Totally recommend it.

The Land Rover was awesome, it’s a great package with tent on roof and refrigerator. Andrew was very thoughtful in putting cooking gear table and chairs together; all we needed to add was food...note this is off road ready - no need for a proper camp site ;-)

Andrew was very responsive in his communication, both in leading up to the booking, and during the trip. Whenever we had questions, we could just text and and he'd reply in a timely manner. This was a big factor in our renting the van because it was our first time. There were a few other vans that we considered, but the renters took over a week to respond to our initial inquiry!

It was so awesome! I was able to drive from San Francisco all the way to Minneapolis in snowstorms. Got to visit Mount Rushmore, the Badlands of South Dakota, went all over Montana, Wyoming, Nebraska, and the Dakotas. The van was fantastic. It did great in snow and ice as well.

Great camper van! Easy to use, very comfortable, and it had a space for everything we brought! Andrew was great, and very accommodating. He answers any questions via text message super fast! You can't go wrong with renting Vanna!

Let me say first that Andrew was very easy to work with and attentive to our inquiries remotely when the water stopped flowing in the RV. He also reduced our 4 day rental to 3 and worked with Outdoorsy to get us the full refund value for the forth day when we suspended our trip and returned the van early. Our problem was the tap water shut down to a trickle after our second day on the road. This despite the fact that we had not taken showers, only made one meal and used the water to clean a few dishes and brew coffee. Andrew upon our return insisted that we used all the water in the tanks up and that was the problem. If this was the case, which I don't believe it was, he neglected to inform us before leaving where the tanks were and how to fill them. Only after we were experiencing problems on the road did he inform us as to the tank placements and a valve we needed to turn, buried under a seat/bed which required us to take off all the bedding to access. I don't fault Andrew entirely for this failure of communication as he was helpful throughout, but had he explained the filling of the tanks before hand and not insisted it was our fault that the water was used up, we would have felt much better about our experience.

Richard Originally requested to book for 3 nights but I have a 4 night minimum. He managed to use all the fresh water in 2 days (The drains were over flowing and the tank gauges read full, yet he is is convinced he didn't use all the water) I filled the water when he arrived and turned on the outside faucet and there was no leaks and no problem with the water pump. I dumped the tanks and confirmed they were completely full. I've never had a 4 day renter run out of water and I sent Richard a photo of the GRAVITY fill and he acted like it was too complex for him to fill it and he wanted to return a day early (remember he only wanted to book for 3 nights) He also didn't want to dump the tanks. Thinking there was a problem I had agreed to refund night 4 and the mileage for night 4. After letting the RV sit for 24 hours with the water pump on with water tanks full I realized there was no leaks and Richard had simply used all the water. He went over the mileage by 483 miles and tried to hold me hostage over a bad review if I didn't waive the mileage overage. If there was a problem with the RV I would happily refund the mileage, however this was not the case. I think Richard may have just wanted to get his 3 night booking, I did refund him for night 4, night 4 insurance, night 4 outdoorsy fee, let him have my camp stove for free, lent him a tape measure, didn't charge him a fee for returning the gas tank below full, and didn't charge him for scratching the kitchen cabinets in the RV and returning it full of dirty dishes. Some people just can't be pleased. I also took phone calls after 10 pm and after midnight from this renter over other user errors. Richard obviously is inexperienced when it comes to RV's and they may be overly complex for him.
