Hello Mark,Here is a copy of the review you left on your renter so you can respond to the review they left with you without having to re-write itThis 1 Star review statement made by the LALLY family is not accurate nor is it TRUTHFUL & is Slanderish & Defamation also Libel.****When my conversation with the Lally Family was recorded during the phone call with customer service and the service rep ask while on speaker phone to Mr. Lally to please hand over the keys and property to Prineville RV Rentals in which the Lally family Refused to do so even upon OUTDOORSY request.****This is absolutely disheartening and shows the true value of this family and lack of concern that Prineville RV Rentals showed to make a service call and the family had ''No regard or interest or concern about the condition of living space for which they created to be unsanitary and deemed unsafe for further rental conditions''One parent could have stay behind to allow us to Open the Camper door and make entry to resolve appropriate course of action to make living conditions more suitable and safe instead of immediate cleaning they where not present so body waste was backed up for hours in the hot heat.Instead both parents/ADULTS took upon themselves to just leave knowing we are coming to make a service call . Which is a huge inconvenience and apparently not a huge concern for their safety or living condition in which they caused, As a Licensed Business we took the course of action.
"A no show is the same as "I DON'T CARE". this is the actions display by our guest.Prineville RV rentals did mention that if we are able to arrive early we will do our best considering business hours are open at 9:00 am. and how it takes 35 -45 minutes to go to said campground location. if you have cars in front of you driving slow or service trucks for get it 1 hr at most so i say we did our best to arrivePlease Note : for us gather proper equipment, start the truck/warm up/, gather guest file, and service documents listen to phone call, voicemails respond to messages voice/text either device i say we did very well to do our best to arrive prompt and safe while traveling in the hills and curvy roads.The result of our guest irresponsibility and concern for the safety and cleanliness of our camper and lack of responsibility was the reason Prineville RV Rentals conducted this action of revoking immediately per advice while on the phone with "Outdoorsy Customer Service" our actions and professional conduct was never out of line nor was our tone of voice .I had my wife with me during this time of action taken , I never speak to any one rude or out of line otherwise customer would have not continued with helping us for 1 hr 48 minutes while on the phone.****Those of you who don't know this but outdoorsy phone calls are recorded for security and documents reasons,****The whole time we conducted or affairs we had a open line with OUTDOORSY CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. EVELYN on the august 19, @ 12:21-1:48 who heard everything from second 0:01 upon our drive to the Lally Family location of start of call when she message Lally family and we did also to ask family where are they so we can have the property and keys returned, they message at a hotel in prineville.***we are keeping location private cause this isn't about advertising***
this is to merely just state the facts while Lally family dishonest statements reflect differently the what is on recorded phone call with outdoorsy customer service*** It was of the advice while on the phone from customer service as we ask what we should do in this situation because this has never happen to us before and the reply was to"Go get your property" !From the last second when we drove away and was still on the phone with O.C.S REP. Evelyn going back to retrieve our property.call ended 2 miles away from family location as we entered the canyon**** REVOKED EARLY THE RENTAL , DUE TO UNSANITARY CONDITION THE LALLY FAMILY CHOOSE TO LEAVE THE CAMPER CONDITION IN FOR HOURS !****Due to there negligent actions by over flowing the piping system and causing the bathtub to be overflowed with all types of outside campground materials they showered off them selves was the reason this camper shower became the way it did & unsanitary .Camper showers aren't for washing grass and sand/dirt off a body .Prineville RV Rentals made a proper business decision to with the advice of while on the phone with OUTDOORSY customer service to resend the contract.****Outdoorsy mention we are well within our Rights as a owner and business to do so to revoke for violation of contract rental conditions. we deemed it unsafe to further rental with how our guest simple had no concern for the safety and health of those who would preform service hours after stagnant body water was left in 100+ temperature to create a foul odor .All our guest had to do was have one adult stay behind and this all could have responsibly been avoided.The lack of caring about or service call.
we aren't a business that is going to feed into this negative nonsense but simple have our facts and mention the truth for what it is ...Prineville RV Rentals took course of appropriate action to insure of merchandise is safe and able to be rented for future guest.Prineville RV Rentals did give a business copy of said violation to our guest and services that were to be preformed and as mentioned guest failed to comply with service call they personally requested and failed to show up for.Prineville RV Rentals mention we will arrive if not or before or early, and which Prineville RV Rentals did attend to service call but said family failed to be present during their request .Which place us into a service call to a "NO SHOW NO SERVICE" inconvenience call.other good deeds ...
OTHER RENTERS SITUATION EXAMPLE we had many rentals where something has happen during the service some warranted direct deduction of security deposit but all we did was fix the concern shock hands and departed with a thank you and a no $0.00 invoice showing we serviced the issue.and was on time or if not early before coffee was made we know cause have been offered breakfast before.
we are not out for our guest security deposit but if such evidence warrants such to deduct from the set aside deposit we are well entitled with in our rights as a business to see fit with it with-in the proper amount to make proper ramifications correct.other times we will be happy to know our guest are happy to allow us to correct anything and not charge anything we prefer to release the full amount every rental is a case by case situation.none are all the same.one guest rented with us and we issued a $100.00 business check in good faith and made a business decision to do so with out our guest asking or even suggesting though we aren't liable for personal property we made a business decision exception to help our guest.so we understand the need when the need is there.Lally family you are great people Prineville RV Rental actual enjoyed renting to you, however once you started not to care about the health and safety of our property is when as a business we took action to secure and recover our asset.**** please note the following ****

Renter agrees that owner shall always have a superior right of possession of the Rental over Renter, in the event that Owner, in it's sole and absolute discretion , determines the rental is at risk of damage or loss, Owner shall have the absolute right to recover the rental from renter regardless of the amount of time in the rental period. in the event a owner recovers a rental from renter in addition to cost payable pursuant to other parts of this, renter shall pay all cost associated with such recovery including, but not limited to, employee wages travel cost, fuel and repairs. owner agrees that renter is wholly responsible for those charges and will hold outdoorsy harmlesswith in Outdoorsy rental contract you assume full responsibly of rental. in which we fully went over and you signed and agreed and mentioned you understand. it is also issued to you from outdoorsy to review during your rental process. may you lack of respect for anyone's personal or business property be a serving learning lesson. show respect and have consideration when some one or a business is make the full attempt to preform a work service and you fail to care or stay while individual is arrivingwe will see fit to have your review removed and disregarded for it being false and not true.
