We arrived to pick up the RV at the time we had agreed on. Shane was out of town and his employees were getting everything ready. We were told one of the employees was just putting gas in the RV and would be back shortly. 10 minutes later, he came back with an RV that was 10 years older than the one in this ad. We found out that the 2016 Thor RV in this ad was not ready and we would have to wait an additional 45 minutes for it to be cleaned, filled up with water, and gassed up. We agreed to take the older RV if they gave us a discount. During the walkthrough of the old RV, Shane's employee did not know how to operate everything so he had to get someone else to help. The second guy that came knew everything about the RV but he started listing off things that don't work on this older RV. Some of the lights were broken and we still agreed that it would be fine because we wanted to get on the road since we had our family waiting for us. Then toward the end of the tour, they remembered that the water heater was broken on this old RV... At this point, we had no choice but to agree to wait for the 2016 Thor to be prepared for us to take. Keep in mind, this is after we had been going through a tour of the old RV for 15 or so minutes.
