It was our 1st camper trip! We love it and will do it again. Frank was a great host and flexible with pickup and return time! His response was quick when we need him to troubleshoot the power problem in the van.

The host was very responsive and helpful. The van was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. Everything was just as pictured. Would recommend this host and camper van. Overall wonderful experience.

Van was fine but owner first moved the location and then the time of the pickup. One of the main reasons I picked this van was location knowing I would be busy the day I was picking it up and ended up having to uber against traffic on a Friday afternoon adding an hour to the pickup process. Also it’s advertised as sleeping 3 but there are only 2 seatbelts. Fortunately I was caravanning with a group to Joshua tree so one of my daughters hopped in another van but would have been screwed if that wasn’t the case. Lastly, the gas tank was only 2/3 full when I picked it up. I’ve rented several times through outdoorsy and this was definitely the most disappointing experience.

We had a great time with Benji out in Joshua Tree NP. Frank was flexible with our pick up/drop off and the van drives great. The solar is nice to be able to use lights and outlets with ease and the bed is comfy. The electric cooler wasn't working so Frank put in a small fridge that worked great. Would rent again!

Benji is a great van! Has all the essentials. We took Benji from Joshua Tree up to Sequoia then over to Big Sur down to Santa Barbara. Benji does great wherever you go. The extra miles are an added bonus. Frank is so easy to work with. Very flexible and always responsive.
