Luis and his team were terrific from our first conversation to the final pick up! We were looking for delivery of an RV for a popular event. He promised to source an RV which fit our requests and came through, communicating until he found the perfect fit! This 2023 brand new, super spacious 36 ft beauty was delivered within the specified time , set up and ready. I am a novice RV'r, the location/"campsite" did not offer water or power hookup. C2C went above and beyond to help me navigate the work arounds to be sure we were cool. The RV itself has a great layout with 2 separate "bedrooms' plenty of storage inside and secure outside storage. Amenities included an outdoor mini-frig, fantastic griddle, outdoor speakers, lighting and shade awning. Everything worked and was excellent condition. Luis checked in with me to be sure all was ok. The pick up was as smooth as the delivery. When I return for Love Burn24 or head out on another adventure my first call with be to Coast2Coast & Luis. Thank you for your attentive service and taking care of us!

Very quick and easy process. No problems throughout the trip. Luis’ trailer is in great condition.

Amazing

First of all, the RV was misrepresented as a 2020 when it was actually manufactured in 2017. It was quite obvious when we opened it that it was an older model, It was very worn.
I won't go into all of the details because you already know all of the issues we had. I couldn't in good conscious recommend your rentals. I would suggest that you hire a new cleaning crew!

Other than a blowout on the way back from my trip everything was great. Looking forward to my next booking

I would have given it 5* but there were a few things that needed improvement
- the volume on the TV was terrible. We tried to watch a movie once and we couldn’t play it on the sound bar
- the room has a “humid” smell
- I agree that the mattress was probably more comfortable than an original mattress. However, the mattress was way too big for the frame of the bed and it made it difficult to get on the bed from the sides.
- I was happy to know that your had a vacuum and a swiffer available
- a toilet paper holder would have been a plus.
- the main door must be missing some screws because sometimes it wouldn’t close correctly
- I think the living room area needs a major cleaning (my son opened one of the couches and he found a cigarette 🚬)
Overall- we had a great time and I’m sure that’s it’s very difficult to keep up with all different types of people renting it.

Extremely easy pick up and drop off, close to US1. Perfect tiny camper for two families! Lots of sleeping and storage space. Light and easy to tow. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Will rent again!

Being our first time out on the road with an RV I was concerned that I would do something wrong connecting the hitch, leveling it and driving smoothly. However, Luis, knowing it was my first time, he go out of his way to make sure he explained everything step by step and answered all my questions. Not only that, he actually did all the hard work and connected the hitch and the break lights for us. As expected, I had a couple of questions with regards to the sewer and a couple of more things and Luis, once again, provided outstanding support and made sure we were taken care of. About the Rv, well, it definitely looks a lot smaller on the outside than it is in the inside. Not only it gets a lot of light through all the windows but also, because of high ceilings, you never feel uncomfortable walking or standing in it. Can’t say enough good things about this first experience renting an RV, I just feel lucky our first time was so smooth thanks to Luis and his great Ozark travel trailer. If you’re a first timer call mom or maybe do you just have a midsize SUV, I think is your best bet. Make sure to reach out to Luis if you need anything and I’m sure he guide you in the right way.
