I would not rent from Cypress RV again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else. The RV was in poor repair and the photographs online did not identify the current condition of the unit. Within 10 minutes of bringing the unit home, the house air conditioner began having problems. Those problems persisted throughout our trip even after we had to spend half a day of our trip having a new control board installed. The most concerning was that the vehicle kept sending a message that service had not been performed in almost 30,000 miles. This caused the vehicle on numerous occasions, including on mountain roads, to engage "limp" mode which limited throttle response and overall speed to 45 mph. This was unsafe for myself and my family. When asked about the service, Cypress RV admitted that the service had been done but that they did not know how to reset the computer to tell the vehicle that service had been performed. We ended up having to leave the vehicle in Lubbock to have it towed, we borrowed a vehicle to get home and were unable to travel in the unit the last two days of our rental. I have demanded a refund from Cypress RV but they are refusing to cooperate. We planned and saved for this trip for quite a while and it was basically ruined by this renter.

Chris made the process very easy. I had tried to reserve on outdoorsy and never heard back from the owner. They saved the day 1 day before we were planning to leave!!! We will definitely use them again for our next trip!!!

The RV needs repairs (toilet not working properly, bench at dining table broken), blinds are broken throughout, mattresses are very worn out and thin, multiple lights out, needs a very thorough cleaning. However the employees are very nice and accommodating, they tried to make it right.

Family love it. Traveling with your grandparents, it was so nice. Didn’t how to worried about the restroom for them and when they got tired they laid down. I’ll will be renting from them again

Corey was a gem to work with. He addressed every question we had and we felt comfortable that if there were any issues, he would take care of them. The motorhome is older but operated well and it was clean and it served the purpose intended without any issues, making for an enjoyable trip.
