Everyone there was great to deal with. Chris( I believe that was his name) went above and beyond with the customer service on pickup and drop off. Very friendly! Will definitely use you guys again! :)

Unit was older and not as well maintained as I expected. Some small issues but overall unit performed well. Employees were friendly and helpful.

We had the camper with our two small kids for 5 days. Camper was not in such a good shape: Electric AC/Heater not working, seating was crumbling apart and fresh water hose was leaking. The rented cutlery and linen was rubbish. Was still somewhat ok until the

furnace in the camper broke down. Last two nights were during a winter storm. First night in camper was freezing cold. Second night we went into a hotel. Despite asking several times for a refund of at least the hotel costs - no response, no effort at all.

Very disappointing, would not recommend this place.

Last summer (2020) was our introduction to RVing. We rented C-19, a 24 foot Jayco Melbourne with a Mercedes cab and engine to go to the Grand Canyon. It was so much fun we rented it again for Spring Break (2021) to go to Big Bend National and State Parks. Overall it was a great experience. We had a great experience with the RV rental. Easy reservation, easy pickup and drop off and no issue with the vehicle. I'd do it again.

There was so much broken on the vehicle it really took some of the fun out of the whole trip. Employees were great, as always.
