We had a great trip and our hosts were very responsive and patient with our not very RV savvy group. Both Charlene and Mark were wonderful hosts and helped us navigate the RV and our generator and ensured that we had a great trip overall. The RV was very clean and felt brand new and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Hosts were great! Accommodated a schedule for pickup that was convenient for us, was very helpful informing about hook up etc. RV was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!!

Having been camper owners ourselves, it was so nice to arrive at camp, have the camper set up, A/C on and interior nice and cool. Camper was clean and stocked with the essentials. The only fault I can find is that the camper wasn't level from side to side when set up, so doors would close and items rolled when set down. I do think a $350 fee to set up the camper is quite pricey considering it was local to town (I could understand if it was further out of town). Organization was great with communication! Would highly recommend.

We had an incredible experience renting through Niki!! We were transparent about taking the RV to a music festival and Niki was so wonderful to work with. Everything in the RV worked as planned and it was plenty of space for me and my group. We would love to keep renting from fireside if they will have us! Super seamless pick up and drop off. Love love love!

RV was amazing, had such a blast renting it with the family. It was 113 degree out in our camping spot and the RV kept nice and cool the entire time with its dual AC system. They also made it very easy to rent from, having everything I needed for the trailer ready to go soon as I pulled up, the process was extremely efficient and convenient. We will def rent this RV again in the future.

Great communication, just as described. AC held up to TX July heat with no pesky condensation. Strong winds didn't bother us a bit while others were swaying.
