From start to finish the process was FANTASTIC!! Fireside team was always very responsive. Our rental experience, the camper itself, was wonderful and made a perfect “home away from home” for our family. Camper was well cared for and clean.

We parked the RV, pressed a few buttons and were on the river in less than 30 mins! The cold AC and super hot shower made the trip for me. Queen bed that fit normal Queen sheets so I could bring my own bedding made it feel like home. We used to stove to heat water for good coffee in the AM and cooked over the fire each night. Everything worked great and the managers communicated so well, even being patient when our timing changed. Would def rent again!

Ricky and Natasha make the difference!! The campervan was wonderful, immaculate, extremely well kept and it is because of the training given to the renters in addition to the care and maintenance they provide.

We had a great experience renting this camper! It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had plenty of room for our family. It truly felt like a home away from home and made our weekend at the fairgrounds much more enjoyable. The owner was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We would definitely rent this camper again!

Renting from Fireside was easy and the support was great. The RV was in great shape and everything worked. Jack delivered the unit and went above and beyond to make sure our rental went well. Exceeded expectations. Will definitely rent from here again.

We had an amazing trip with the 2023 Grand Design Toy Hauler! Communication was excellent, scheduling was easy, and the trailer was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for the three-day car show we attended.

Terrible experience as a repeat renter.
The unit was misrepresented to offer “hot” water capability. After notifying the franchisee of the circumstances after taking possession of the unit their team setup, they sent a field manager to troubleshoot and found the repair needed could not be accomplished in the field and the unit would have to go into the shop “after” my rental period. So this left me with a 8 day unsanitary top dollar rental with no shower or sink hand cleaning. To add insult to injury the franchisee said sorry I’m busy working my hospital job and the only thing they could offer was $100 inconvenience refund! With no other alternative I had to vacate the camper and check into a hotel causing added expense plus forfeiting the amount I paid the campground for the full hookup campsite. Very sad and unfortunate to see a business operated in this manner. Rent anywhere else but here.

While we are certainly disappointed that your stay did not meet your expectations, your review gives us an opportunity to respond and, importantly, to share information we learned after recovering and fully testing Truman.This is particularly relevant because Truman was connected to campground water at Glencoe during one of the busiest weeks of the year in Sturgis. Glencoe itself advises Rally guests that continuous water service is not guaranteed and instructs campers to fill their onboard holding tanks upon arrival. There have also been previous public reports from Rally guests of water-pressure issues at the campground.We also want to clarify that mentioning our work schedules was never intended as an excuse for not responding. It was simply an explanation of when we could personally call you. We subsequently attempted to reach you by phone three times, including at approximately 1:30 p.m. Saturday after you specifically told us that Saturday would be a good day to reach you. In the meantime, members of our team had already been onsite working to resolve the issue. Our employment at the hospital did not prevent us from responding to you or addressing the problem.Our agreement specifically contains a “Things Happen and We Try to Help” provision because RVs contain numerous mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, and unexpected issues can arise while camping even when everything functions properly during inspection. It explains that we will make reasonable efforts to troubleshoot issues, while acknowledging that not every issue can be resolved during a rental.

I researched hundreds of listings to find an RV with the features our family of 5 (including an infant) needed. Nearly $4,000 later, Fireside's broken promises left my kids hot & heartbroken.Their fix: two extra days (promised free, but charged for taxes and ins.), and waived mileage/tire cost. None of it addresses a rental that failed and a support system that abandoned us when it mattered. It's unacceptable to give a renter an RV with a generator already overheating, a spare tire that doesn't fit, and then be told this is simply what happens because “RVs...break.” Beyond disappointing.

The staff at Fireside RV Rental in Green Bay was exceptionally informative and helpful to me which was greatly appreciated as I was a first time RV user. I would encourage anyone entertaining the idea of trying the RV experience to consider working with them

My second time using fireside rv rental and the exceeded our first experience which was great! Everything worked perfectly, we had responses to all our questions and the pick up and drop went perfect. The trailer was clean and great!!
