This is our second time renting from them. The RV is very nice, clean and comfortable. Yuri & Iryna are great to deal with. They are very friendly and quick to respond.

Very nice motorhome, clean, comfortable, not bad on gas and Yuri and his wife were very helpful on our trip.

Had a great trip. This RV is very good in cool weather. The sprayed on insulation underbelly holds up well. Owners were very helpful.

beware first the motorhome was being delivered to me
when it got here i was told that the batteries were no good
told to call roadside assistance to install new batteries
i did not like this so the owner had them fixed & a couple other small things
3 hrs later he comes back
next thing get on 401 next morning and right off the bat engine belts slipping
@ 2200 rpm which is right around the engine cruises
so i contacted roadside assistance to help me i was in sault st marie by this time
what a hassle was not comfortable driving a vehicle with belts slipping
turned around came home cut our trip in half the owner gave me 200.00 off
big deal bottom line test drive vehicle first & make sure every works
also the inverter did not work was not happy

This was worst experience I ever have.RV was not what was advertised. Radio Did not work which included back up camera which is important for 32 feet RV. When we arrive to the campground we find out that step going outside off RV did not work. So we were driving with steps sticking out of RV for 400km not knowing. RV technician informed us that this step was not working for a long time. Yuri was renting this RV like that for a while. Very dangerous and unsafe to be in the road. Tried to call Yuri for some trouble shooting and he simply Texback to call outdoorsy roadside assistance he does not communicate with the renters.
Through the trip we have lots of issues with RV The whole entertainment system did not work. I trust Yuri I believe that RV is in good working condition like was advertise. He rushed me through the procedure stating he has to pick up family in the airport. I signed all the papers and then I went not knowing what nightmares I am dealing with. I would never rent from Yuri or Outdoorsy ever again

RV in great shape, extremely clean, everything worked well. Yuri and his wife were very thorough when they explained how to operate it - it was our first time ever in a RV. Very nice people, it was very easy dealing with them even before picking up the RV (I would send several questions after work due to it being my first time and Yuri would reply quite quickly). Great experience returning the RV as well. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

Juri and his wife were great to deal with. The motor home is in perfect condition and has a lot of extras. We are new to RV ‘s and I was a little nervous the first time driving it. The discharge of the grey and black water also intimidated me but we survived. Would do it again , maybe with a little smaller RV .
