Fabulous experience. The people were very pleasant to work with. The trailer was as advertised. It was dropped off and picked up on time. Would definitely rent from them again.

They were very easy to work with. The trailers were delivered and picked up when scheduled. The trailers were in great shape. No complaints at all.

Had a great time especially when the storms hit Nor Cal near Susanville. Only some minor TLC needed on the trailer, but still in good working condition.

Ben and Savannah were great to work with and it really made a great start to the trip.

I was very happy with the experience however, i do have an issue with charges they applied after checkout. They charged us for dumping the waste, that should be included in the high price we paid for the rental.
I did not like seeing an extra charge of $232.00. They need to verbalize this extra fee from the beginning.
My opinion, it should all be included.

We had a great trip! NV RV Rentals were so easy to work with - dropped the trailer off for us, hooked everything up - showed us how to use everything, and then picked it up at the end of the trip. So easy. The trailer was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely use them again.

When I called to ask more info about the RV rentals, Savanah was quick to respond and answered all of my questions and the rest of the process to rent the RV was easy online. When my husband went to pick up the unit, both she and the owner of the trailer were there to go over everything and answer any questions or concerns that we had. Both were very informative and super great to talk to. The camper was super clean, they both made it a wonderful experience and it was great to know that there is a place to rent the RV local in the area. We for sure will use the company again as we have 10 acres and eventually want to set up our house for everyone to come once or twice a year for family reunions and it's great to know that our friends and family can rent an RV at a reasonable rate and go Glamping :). The drop off process was just as easy, and the camping trailer worked out great.

Complete scam my quote started at about $1,700 and I knew I’d have some extra charges but I ended up with a $3,900 bill. I cleaned the coach, filled the tank, dumped the black/grey, EVERYTHING!!! I’ve never felt more robbed in my life and even tho this review is not going to get my $4,000 back it can prevent you from making mistakes. The rv didn’t ever work 90% of our trip because the generator popped and breaker. Oh but this breaker. Also couldn’t lock up my storage It doesn’t even seem like it should be possible. How can she just make up a list of things to charge me for and get away with it… oh I know why!!! I didn’t take any pictures so she knew she could take advantage of me. Always take pictures or you will get strong armed by people. I’m sure you make enough money why did you take 4000 for my trip? I figured I’d pay for an extra day and some miles but most of these things you made up. Especially the insurance fraud you committed. We did not brush up against a tree EVER. DO NOT RENT FROM NV RV!!!!!!😡😡😡😡
