About Emily's RV rentals
RVan Adventures LLC. is a small RV and van rental business based out of beautiful Bend, Oregon. We offer a variety of Class C's, Sprinter Vans with multiple layouts, Travel Trailers, Airstreams, and much more. Your hosts, Jarret and Emily Lundborg, are adventurists themselves. With six children and three dogs, our journey is forever unfolding, and our adventures change often. We love having the option to comfortably travel with 1 to 6 children and enjoy overnights in the sun, snow, or high atop our favorite mountain. We also offer Delivery. We are here to take care of all of your needs.

Worst experience ever, RV was not perfect as a matter of fact it was low on transmission fluid causing transmission slip and ruining our trip having to have it towed and inspected by a mechanic who topped of fluids and informed us the front tires were unbalanced, this caused the RV to shake at speeds of 55 or higher. The dishes were dirty, there were poorly fixed holes in the ceiling and walls, one was covered with electrical tape. The owner was rude about how quickly we were getting the RV back, calling me names and question my integrity. This was supposed to be a nice family vacation and it was absolutely horrible i highly recommend not using RVan or Emily Lundborg. They don't care about family safety at all.

Thank you so much for your review, in fact you did not have our RV towed anywhere. Also, please note in your review that you were five days late returning our RV. Five days over your booking. Excuse after excuse that did not add up, lies that did not add up. In fact, I would never rent to you again either. Our RVs are all serviced regularly and great quality. This Renter took advantage of our RV and was non-communicative. If there was any issue, it was not brought to our attention until day nine of 11 of the trip which she extended by five days without permission. She abandoned our unit at a mechanic shop which the mechanic report shared there was nothing wrong with the unit. They topped off basic fluids, but nothing was wrong with the unit and in fact it did not even need fluids. Since it was at the mechanic shop, we had them do the service. This Renter is NOT trustworthy. In fact, our worst renter to date.

Our RV arrived via delivery service, with the slide out not working. When pressed, the owners tried to say that it was 'fully functional" and that we were only missing out on 18" of space. Then, the machine smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, to the point that my family was sick to their stomachs, and we contacted the owners to cancel the rental. We were told that they do not allow smoking in their units, so there is no way that we could be smelling what we were smelling, and that they would not allow a return or refund. Very poor customer service from an obviously over-burdened small business. We have used Outdoorsy many times, it's been great every other time, but this one was terrible, and the owner is very unpleasant to work with.

Please rest assured you agreed to take possession of the unit with a compensation for the slide not working, you agreed to that and you were OK with that. We were happy to compensate for that unexpected issue. Also, yes, we do not allow smoking in our units and your unit was professionally cleaned prior to your delivery. Our business is not over burdened, but thank you for your concern. We rent out 37 vehicles and have amazing reviews. I’m sorry that you wanted to cancel your reservation and receive full refund, but that is not part of our standard. Best wishes to you on future reservations. The vehicle was everything we wanted during our trip to Canada. The pop-out more than doubles the living space, and the hot water, shower, and other amenities worked flawlessly. Learning my way around the vehicle's onboard systems was straightforward. Our hosts were great, and I would definitely rent from them again :)

We had a great time! I would have liked a more descriptive list of what would be in the trailer so I could have packed better. I very well could have missed it in the emails. I.e. more pictures, no tv, linens but no pillows.

Our host were great. We are new to using a RV. When we picked up our rental we were given a tour of how everything works and how to use all the hookups. We will definitely rent again when we need an RV!

We booked our rental last minute after our prior host cancelled. Emily was great and helped us navigate changes in schedule due to a family emergency. The trailer was in perfect condition and had everything we needed for a weekend at Crooked River Ranch. Highly recommend!
