You get a free walkthrough with all instructions for the camper trailer in person when you pick it up or have it delivered.
*Includes 2 full tanks of Propane.
**If you need more propane, you will have to pay for that cost and fill the tank yourself at the correct filling station.

**Please dump the black and gray water and clean the dump hose thoroughly before returning the camper. ($50 dump fee and hose cleaning fee, If not dumped and hose not cleaned completely.)

**Please clean all dishes, silverware, cookware, sink, stove, oven, counters, table, refrigerator, microwave, bathroom shower, bathroom sink and toilet before returning the camper. ($200 cleaning fee if not cleaned completely.)

Jenny is 36 foot open plan toyhauler with a couple slideouts so it feels very large inside. This also gives the double queen sized bunks in the back. We utilize this trailer very often ourselves so it is well maintained and well stocked for an effortless camping experience. As with most fifth wheels she has two AC units which require a 50 amp service so please verify what your camp site offers.

We include all of the cookware and extra countertop appliances on the inside. And we include camp chairs, outdoor mat, garbage cans and outdoor cookstove w/bbq for the outside. Hopefully all of this makes your packing job easier and less stressful. We will include linens for a separate fee.

We want your vacation to be enjoyable and worry free so let us know if you have any questions or concerns about a rental experience. 

The vast majority of our renters just have us deliver Jenny to an RV park somewhere along the Colorado River but she is available to travel if you have the fifth wheel tow package.

2015 Keystone RV Outback Terrain

"Chillin by the River" was the first of our three trailers. We wanted something nice and clean with all of the comforts of home. That is what "Chillin on the River offers". She's clean, comfortable and well cared for. You will find most everything need for your stay and she is very user friendly. Although we usually spend most of our time out doors hiking, boating or riding our E-bikes, it's always nice to get back to the trailer and relax in the air-conditioned comfort".  We also include dishes, linens, pillows, blankets, towels, beach towels, pots and pans, serving utensils, paper and plastic products, toaster, Coffee maker, coffee and filters, RV toilet paper, plus complementary use of an *8X8' EZ Up, a small propane BBQ with table, (includes one canister of propane), rubber entry mat and 2 beach chairs. We also have giant Jenga blocks with table, Corn Hole boards, an 18 foot Aqua Lily pad, floating devices, generators and more for a small additional fee.

We offer special rates for longer stays, just let us know where and for how long and we will get you a quote.

Chillin by the River

This fee will cover the cost of sanitizing the unit, sanitizing the water lines and holding tanks, recharge chemicals for the black water tank, RV toilet paper and refilling the  propane tanks.

Delivery available as long as we can work out the schedule. I would be willing to deliver to many locations for a optional delivery fee.  Price will vary depending on distance.

This 7000lb(dry weight) toyhauler is 1/2ton towable. Weight distribution hitch is included with rental to help level the nose. 

Cabinets are fully stocked with all cookware,utensils, paper plates, cutlery and also loaded with cleaning supplies and paper products. Still plenty of room to store your personal stuff to be comfortable on your vacation.

The linens/pillows are also available for rent. This covers our cost of laundering and eventual replacement. 

It has a queen size bed up front with walk-around 2 sides. In the rear the top electric bunk is a full size(54"w) and the bottom bunk and sofa are both oversized twins. Includes AC and an onboard generator to power it.  This unit Requires a 30AMP connection when plugged in to service in order to power the AC unit.

A fuel station helps keep the toys moving(fee for fuel usage). Main cargo space is 11½ft long by 72in wide along with extended cargo space into the kitchen area.

I do prefer to keep the cleaning fee optional to save you money. However it should be as clean when you leave as when you arrive. If you choose at the end not to thoroughly clean then we will charge appropriately against the deposit. Most have found this to be a simple money saving task.
