Fully stocked with everything you need to have a great time! 


This spacious camper sleeps up to 8 people with one slide out in the living/kitchen area.

Living Area 
One futon couch for an extra sleeping space along with a couch that has the ability to transform into three separate reclining chairs, optional folding table for dining.

Kitchen 
Three burner stove, oven, sink, microwave, roomy fridge/freezer, coffee pot along with plenty of cabinet space.

Primary Bedroom 
Queen bed with upgraded mattress and two closets with an overhead shelf for added storage.

Bunk Beds 
2 full size bunk beds with separate privacy curtains. 

Bathroom 
Shower, sink and toilet along with ample shelving for storage.

Bluetooth capability for the sound system that is equipped with indoor and outdoor speakers. Nothing is better than enjoying your favorite music outside the camper underneath the electric awning!

Please note: Pick up and Drop off times are negotiable! We are very willing to work around your travel schedule.

The rental will include: 
-All bedding for beds and one extra set of bedding for futon 
-8 Towels, 6 hand towels, 16 wash cloths
-All basic cooking supplies

Your vehicle must have a towing capacity adequate for this camper and equipped with light hookups.

Pets are allowed but we request pre-approval before booking.

Looking for the perfect camper for a weekend get-away? Look no further! This camper is perfectly sized for up to 3 adults featuring a full size bed with a dinette conversion. Everything you need included! Kitchen is stocked with plates, utensils, glasses, coffee cups, pots, pans and more. With a large single basin, it makes cleaning up after a meal an absolute breeze. All you have to bring is your food! Bath towels and complementary toiletries. Also included are cleaning supplies to ensure you have everything to keep up with any 'oopsies' that may happen. With the weather cooling off, you will stay nice and cozy with the built in electric fireplace. While you are keeping warm you can watch the game on the included 36" Roku TV.

This RV is great for both campgrounds and boondocking! Rather it be hunting, fishing or simply seeing the great outdoors this RV will work perfectly! It can fit a small golf cart, ATV, or bike, making it great for those who like to bring their toys along. Its small size makes it easy to keep warm or cool in during the more extreme months. 

With some of Arkansas' winding roads heading through our beautiful mountains size and weight restrictions may be an issue for some RVs, it wont be with this one. Its size and weight makes pulling this camper a breeze.

RV travel trailer, one pop-out, sleeps 8 and 2 small children, stereo system, two entrance doors, one is a separate bathroom entrance.

Some needed requirements to rent our trailer:

Towing notes-
-Must have towing experience. I do provide a delivery service. Simply maneuvering this trailer at a gas station, can be difficult. Trailer overall length is 31'7".
-Must have proper tow vehicle capable of pulling 7725 lbs. (Provide make, model, and year)
-Tow vehicle must have working trailer brake module.

Dry camping notes-
There are challenges with dry camping even with our beautiful travel trailer. Some examples are very small showers, running out of water or gas, and I will require you to have a 30 amp 120vac generator. We have a generator for rent. Please communicate if you plan on going where there are less than “full hookups”. 

Delivery Service Note-
If you request my delivery and pickup service, I do have a M-F day job. Typically I can get the trailer there on-site around 5pm and the same time for pick up. Keep in mind your camp host may have an early checkout time. You may need to purchase another night (your camp site) to make this work.

The Cozy Boondocker is boondock ready! Lithium battery and solar charging is all set on this unit. Also available are a generator, and bike rack!  You don’t need a campsite with hookups to enjoy this great camper. 

This RV experience is one that you won’t need to bring the supplies for.  The RV comes with dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, linens, blankets, games, camp chairs, and we even throw in the s’mores!

Should you choose to tow this lightweight trailer, we will set up your hitching for you with anti sway weight distribution. 

Also available is delivery and setup. We will drive the RV to your location, level it, and make sure all is hooked up and functional. 

We can also install a dual fuel generator with a full tank of fuel, or install a 4 place bike rack for a reasonable fee.

This is designed to be a turnkey camping experience.  

Light and easy to tow, new condition and freshly sanitized between every use.

Are you are looking for a near-van life experience or a camping trip? Do you want something small and easily maneuverable, this is the one. We name her Sydney. She will fits nicely in a standard parking spot whether you plan to head to the city or the campground. Sydney is a 2 wheel drive Mercedes-Benz Sprinter that offers everything you need on the road- a kitchen, a wet bathroom, sleeping space, lounging space and more. Sydney run on Diesel gas. Her generator runs on propane gas. We don't allow towing any trailer or vehicle.
We stock basic kitchenets and toiletries, bed linens with blanket/comforter. No smoking or vapor of any substance. The cost to remove smoking/vapor odor is at least $350.00.
During below freezing temperatures, we don’t allow the use of sinks/faucets/bath and toilet. We have alternative ways to use water, bath and toilet.

We like to let you know the items will be on the RV so you can prepare for the trip. If there is a specific item you need, let us know and we try out best to provide it.

For sleeping, we provide a double sleeping bag, blanket, two pillows.

For cooking, we provide 1 pot, 1 pan, 1 knife, plastic and metal utensils, 2 plates and 2 bowls, paper towel.

For bathroom, we provide toilet papers, regular shampoo and body wash, 2 towels

After the trip
1. Fill up full Diesel fuel tank
2. Fill up propane gas tank
3. Empty gray and black water tank
