3.  The renter will not allow the travel trailer to be occupied by employees, contractors, vendors, or other persons having no family relationship to the renter.
4.  If the renter violates any of the foregoing prohibitions, the entire amount of the renter's security deposit may, at the sole discretion of the unit's owner, be charged as damages for any such violations.

We loved visiting Tom Sawyer RV Park with amazing close proximity to the river. It is fun to watch the river barges and boats. Tom Sawyer RV park has cool treehouses to climb, good places to hike, and free laundry facilities.
 We love Village Creek State Park, located on Crowley's Ridge in Arkansas, near Marion, Arkansas. There are over 20 state parks located within a 150 mile radius of Memphis.  
Some of our favorites include Village Creek State Park, Reelfoot Lake, Pickwick Dam, Wall Doxie State Park etc.
