We have the perfect couples/small family camper. It has a camp queen bed up front, a convertible dinette, and two bunk beds for the kiddos. Pots, cast iron and Teflon frying pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, ziplocks, food storage containers, medium prep bowl, colander, paper towels, toilet paper, scissors, chef knifes, cutting boards, serving spoons, spatulas, bottle/can opener/cork screw, fly swatter, broom, hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies.

Outdoor Edison bulb lights for stringing between trees and extension cords.  Cloth hammock.
Blackstone griddle with propane and utensils for $20 one time fee.

Small dogs allowed.  No cats due to allergies.
Must pickup and return no later than 10am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  Monday to Thursday available anytime.  Late drop offs and early picks up are ok.
MUST HAVE class IV 2” receiver on your truck with braking control.  
Weight distribution hitch included.

There are so many incredible parks and lakes for campers in Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Missouri and Louisiana. Many of them offer splash pads, lakes, pools, fishing, and hiking. He have stayed at many of these parks and are willing to help find a camp site for an additional fee upon request.

We also have a weight distribution hitch for easy towing. Brakes require a pin connector to your tow vehicle and you Must provide trailer brake controller.

Prior to renting you'll need to go through a short training to ensure proper control and reduce risk of injury or malfunction.

Delivery: We do not offer delivery at this time.

 Campground requirements: for the best camping experience I recommend using campgrounds with 50 amp wattage with hookups for water and waste. 

Smoking policy: unfortunately smoking is strictly prohibited

Travel restrictions: no off-road travel is allowed on any non-paved roadways such as logging roads Forest service roads and beaches etc driving on a non-paved road inside a licensed RV park is allowed

Waste holding tanks: there should be nothing including, but not limited to feminine hygiene products, napkins, diapers, tissues and non RV safe toilet paper. Put in the black waste holding tank as this cause significant  clogging resulting in significant amount of time effort and mental health to fix. You'll be provided RV safe toilet paper and toilet chemicals  and we asked that this is the ONLY things put in the waste holding tanks  any types of food placed in the gray water holding tanks May also cause clogs requiring significant time effort and mental health  to fix. YOU AS THE RENTER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS RELATED TO A CLOG DURING YOUR RENTAL

Anti-sway hitch: we do provide anti sway hitch with our trailer to mitigate swaying  of the trailer which offers a safer and more stable ride with less wear and tear on your vehicle And trailer. This is a very expensive add-on  and renter is responsible for any damage and missing parts. The hitch provided with this trailer is valued up to +$400.  If a part is damaged or missing you may be responsible for the entire replacement value as individual parts are often not available.

Propane tanks: propane tanks full when you leave. This is included in your fees And you do not need to fill them on return, however renter is responsible for any refills needed while unit is out for rent
