2018 22ft Launch with bunks.   Ready for family fun, the Launch has all up to date amenities and features.  You will be comfortable during even the warmest Florida weather, as the roof AC keeps the camper chilled.  For chilly nights, a propane furnace will keep you toasty warm.  You won't miss a single comfort of home, with a roomy rear bath complete with a tub/shower combination as well as a flush toilet. The front of the camper features a comfy queen bed, while the kids will enjoy the spacious rear bunks.  The dinette folds open to a bed that will also fit a couple more kids, so pile the entire family in for a memorable camping trip.  

For a rainy day, to watch the big game, or to check up on news and weather, the camper offers a flat screen TV with a high definition digital antenna. 

Our Launch is easy to tow, maneuver and set up, so it is great for families that are new to towable campers.  

The refundable security deposit for a self towing rental is $1000. For delivery, it is $500


Kitchen includes cook top, microwave and fridge with small freezer.  The camper is well-stocked with all the necessities, which include full cookware, dishes, glasses and cups, utensils and kitchen accessories,  camping basics and a coffee maker.  Camping items include 2 camping chairs and a beach umbrella.  At this time, linens and pillows are *not* included automatically, but may be added for a nominal fee upon request.  Please inquire if linens and pillows are needed for your trip. A full list of included items is available upon request.  


This camper weighs a very light 3400 lbs. and is towable by mid-size SUVs, mini vans, and larger vehicles that are equipped with an adequate hitch and a 7-pin connector.  Complimentary usage of an anti-sway hitch will be provided to renters if needed.  If your vehicle lacks a brake controller, a plug and play brake controller is available for rent for a small charge. 

Pet Policy:  Dogs  are allowed with prior permission and payment of a nominal pet fee of $75 prior to the trip.  Any evidence of unapproved pets will incur a $250 deep cleaning fee which will be withdrawn from the security deposit.  

Smoking Policy:  No smoking in or near the camper.  Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee that must be withdrawn from your security deposit for deep cleaning.  

If our hitch is used, any loss or damage to the hitch will incur a full replacement fee of $300.  If our brake controller is rented, any loss or damage of this device will incur a replacement fee. 

Florida offers a variety of wonderful state parks, state forests and campgrounds.  Fort Desoto is a family and dog-friendly favorite for an easy getaway from Tampa Bay.  Hillsborough River State Park features canoeing fun complete with gators!   Enjoy "glamping" at Disney with a trip to Fort Wilderness!  Travel a little bit north to experience crystal clear spring water at Manatee Springs State Park.   For "s'more" camping trip ideas, just ask!  We have camped all over.

Super Light, luxury double bathroom bunkhouse travel trailer, big enough for the whole family with 2 bunks, 2 sleeper sofas, a dinette that makes into a bed and the master bedroom queen size bed! Opposing Slides in Kitchen/Living area opens things up for plenty of room and a slide in the bunkhouse gives the bunk room more area too. This is a two bathroom rig with the half bathroom located next to the bunk room which has an exterior entrance door as well making it convenient for everyone inside and out, while the full bathroom with shower separates the master bedroom from the rest of the living area for added peace and quiet. The full outside kitchen with electric refrigerator, double burner top and gas grill expands your cooking enjoyment and space along with a 20' awning under which to relax and enjoy your time in the great outdoors.... Enhancing your experience is the outdoor entertainment area with speakers and an extra outside mount TV (TV available upon request at no additional charge).  Both the inside refrigerator and hot water heater run off either gas or electric at a flip of the switch.  This travel trailer comes fully stocked with linens, dishes, utensils, cookware, mixer, toaster, and coffee pot (k-cup and standard grounds capable) and outdoor folding chairs. The following are all provided:
30 amp power cable and fresh water hose and sewer hose
2 champing chairs and 1 outdoor rug.  
All cookware you will need to cook most meals.  
Queen sized sleep set for front bed with 2 bamboo pillows and 2 sham pillows
2 full sized sleep sets for bunk beds and 2 pillows.
A few towels will also be provided but we recommend bringing a few extra as we always seem to need more.
We also provide a propane tank but amount of propane will be whatever it was when it was returned last.  If you want a full tank please use the propane add on and we will guarantee a full tank for your trip.

We ask that you clean any cookware you use.  We ask that you clean any excessive things that might occur like spills, accidents or excessive dirt tracking in.  Mostly treat it like your own home.  Just don't worry about the laundry and/or disinfecting - Your on vacation so go explore!!  Just make sure to leave us a note in our journal so we can read what Aurora got into when she was out

Aurora has been all around the state and has even seen the mountains.  She does well at beach sites with her outside hose to wash off sandy gear and feet.  She also does great boondocking with her solar panel and propane options(But she cant run AC/Heat or fridge if she is off grid) She has also visited Mickey and Friends at Fort Wilderness many times and had deer, squirrels, birds on and around her and even right under her awning(much to our surprise even though she is named after a princess)

Delightful brand new 2022 Springdale with 2 rooms for privacy.  Ready for delivery at your preferred campsite or come to our Vineyard & Camp out with us. 

This newly purchased and barely camped in offers plenty of room for your family. The photos shown are true depictions of our rig, we’ll continue to update with more photos.

Our camper is "fully stocked" and includes dishes, utensils and cookware, as well linens/towels, games for adults and family, and a TV in the living room. 
We also offer a kitchen/food stocking for a fee; send me a list and we will have it set up & fully stocked when you arrive for your vacation.
 
For sleeping accommodations there is a King bed at the back of the unit, and bunk room in the front, with a Table and 2 seats, and a sleeper sofa and dining table that converts to sleeper in the living room at the center of the unit.

Bathroom has a roomy shower, a toilet, and plenty of storage space for your toiletries. Stocked with towels, toilet paper, and hand soap.

The kitchen has a residential refrigerator/freezer, a gas cook top with oven, a microwave/convection oven, coffee pot, and basic cooking essentials.

On the outside of this unit there is a large power awning with LED lighting, and outdoor shower connection. Not to mention storage space!

We can deliver and set up camp for an additional fee.

This unit includes everything your family needs to enjoy a great vacation.

Casita Orange, our King bed 39ft Thor Outlaw 2022 Toy Hauler with an engine that has been tuned for optimal performance, and with many upgraded features, is available for your road-adventure(s) and camp-side fun. 

The coach is also ideal for racing & tailgate parties, concerts, festivals, Disney/Fort Wilderness, or just a long weekend at one of Central Florida's beaches, parks, or springs. Local delivery and pick-up are available.

Casita Orange's cockpit is outfitted with an upgraded car-play enabled 6.75" touchscreen display for navigation & audio connected to speakers throughout the main coach and a 7" display for rear and side camera views. 

The coach features 4 Smart 4K TVs (1 in the main cabin, 1 in the primary bedroom, 1 in the Garage, and 1 outside near the main cabin door) and soundbars (1 in the main cabin, and 1 outside) for your streaming enjoyment. We also offer packages for In-motion DishTV, SiriusXM, and 5G wifi for an additional fee.

In the main cabin, we upgraded the standard love seat to a power reclining loveseat with a center drop-down armrest complete with USB and cup holders! Main cabin A/C silencers have been installed so you still get a good night's sleep on those hot & humid nights with the AC cranked. 

The kitchen has a Rodi system with a dedicated faucet, for the cleanest drinking water possible and since we hate doing dishes we have a dishwasher installed in the storage right outside the door. 

The Primary bedroom features a 10-inch cool gel memory foam & hybrid coils king mattress, and 1000 tc Egyptian cotton sheets to lull you to sleep and that room includes the washer/dryer combo to keep your clothes looking sharp.

Additional beds include the Drop-down Overhead full-sized bunk with a pillow top 10" comfort foam & pocket spring hybrid mattress, & cotton percale sheets, the Garage Sky-bunk with queen-sized mattress & cotton percale sheets, the Garage Dual Jackknife queen-sized fold-down and the Dining Table full-sized fold-down. Bedding and pillows will be provided for the fold-down options upon request for no cost.

We offer add-ons like the Solo stove Bonfire firepit with cast iron griddle cooking bundle for great flame-grilled meat or impossible (we don't judge) burgers, a 16-panel doggy camping 40" fence to keep your furry friend from chasing squirrels around the campsite, and a SolidStep 30" Quad Step for easy access to the back deck from outside. We can accommodate pretty much any additional add-on requests, just ask and we will see if we can make it happen.

Smoking is a big no-no inside the rig, we have a deck for that.

For an additional fee, you can camp in Casita Orange at the House of Orange RV pad in Central Florida. House of Orange is located in Lake County in Central Florida with access to a private dock on Silver Lake, a private lake known for Bass fishing near Mount Dora, Eustis, Tavares, and The Villages. Most Central Florida Theme Parks (Disney World, Universal, Sea World) are a 1-hour drive away, and Gulf & Atlantic beaches are about 2 hours away.

RVNighter is a 2017 Thor Four Winds 29ft Class C motor home. She's like new, very easy to drive, and has all the comforts of home on the go.
