Enjoy a comfortable, relaxed camping trip in this top of the line model for Coachmen tent trailer. Although it is a 1996 camper, it has been newly renovated with new floors, paint, and window treatments to make you feel right at home. This camper looks and performs like new. (Note: awning is currently under repair, I will take this down as soon as I get it fixed)

If you are worried about the set up process, I have made a comprehensive, step by step video of me setting it up from beginning to end.

Important: If you want me to set it up please tell me the dates you will need it before you rent it. I have a very busy schedule and I will have to check it before I confirm that I can set up on any date.

Highlights include dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, sleeping bags (3 adult and 2 kid bags available upon request), indoor and outdoor camp stoves with propane, water pump for running water to sink, and ice cold air conditioning for those hot Florida days, and lights for the king beds on either end. Fitted bottom sheets provided for king end beds. If you would like anything that’s not listed let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. All you need to bring is yourself and sense of adventure.

This trailer is easy to pull at only 1839 pounds and doesn’t require electric brakes. Because of its low profile and weight when closed, it is very maneuverable and good on gas milage. It requires tow vehicle to have a 2" ball (I can lend you mine if needed). Our trailer has been fabric treated regularly and won't leak a single drop even in the wildest rainfalls.

We will be happy to demonstrate how to open and close the unit at pick-up or can deliver the trailer and help set up at camp for the delivery fees mentioned. Also happy to answer any other questions!

If you purchase delivery at Fort de Soto campground I will need the camper cleared by 10:00am to give me time to take it down before the campsite’s 11:00am checkout time.

Fort Desoto Park is very close to St. Pete Beach and offers boating, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, bicycling, skating, running, nature trails, historical fort, fishing piers, doggy beach, shelling, birding, camping, and swimming.  If you are a growing family that enjoys the comforts of home while away exploring at a state park, then you need this Avenger ATI travel trailer. You are sure to enjoy the entertainment center and 50" LED TV, and the outdoor kitchen will be helpful as you visit with other campers and watch your kids play. From the U-shaped dinette, double size bunks, to the queen-size bed in the private bedroom, you will have plenty of space to sleep 4 to 8 people. There's also an exterior shower that provides an extra place to clean off and the LED-lit power awning lets you relax outside with family and friends.



The RV comes with basic necessities to get things started. Clean linens, extra blankets, and pillows. There are basic kitchen utensils, plates , cups, pots , pans, toaster and coffee maker. The living room area has a 50" TV and another TV in the private bedroom. There is a U-shaped dinette that can convert down for additional sleeping area plus two full size bunks. There is also an outdoor kitchen area with a gas cook top, a sink, and mini fridge.   

This camper is only available for delivery to Fort Desoto State Park. The RV will be delivered to the site reserved, then picked up at the end of the stay. Renter is responsible for arranging and securing site reservations at Fort Desoto Campground prior to renting the RV. 

Please do not ask if you can tow the RV with your own vehicle. This is strictly for delivery only and only to the Fort Desoto Campgrounds! Use water as needed and utilize the bath houses in the park if you are staying 4 or more days. There is no sewer connection on the sites so a $95 charge will apply if the RV tanks need emptied before your stay is over.


Fort Desoto Camping is an excellent place to get away from the hustle and bustle. There is plenty of fishing, boating, kayaking, and walking paths. Not to mention the beautiful beaches of Fort Desoto that surround the area!

- The number one rule to remember, this RV is used for our enjoyment and that of our guests. We expect the RV to be returned to us in the same condition as when delivered/ handed to you with all the same equipment in operating condition. 
- If we have to expend extra time removing things like gum from carpets, repairing broken screens or chairs, or doing extensive cleaning to remove odors from cigarettes, vaping (which are prohibited), etc., there will be an extra charge at the time of return.

Introducing "The Rambler", the perfect coach for enjoying the company of family and friends while experiencing the beauty of our wonderful area. Based out of the St. Pete / Tampa Bay area, this rig has it all and will deliver you in comfort to some incredible destinations across the Southeast!

Our new, smoke-free and meticulously cared for 2023 Entegra Odyssey 31F is easy to drive and comes equipped with top-of-the-line furnishings to make your experience comfortable and memorable. The living room area has a good sized couch and dinette, both include optional seat belts and convertible to full beds for the kids. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need for any sized meal while camping, including a gas range/stove, microwave, sink with built in cutting board, and spacious refrigerator and freezer. Place setting for 8 and all the essentials for your camping (glamping!) experience included! (Coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, etc!).  Over-cabinet and under-sink lighting creates the perfect ambiance for cozy nights after long days of exploring.

Over the cab is a large loft that serves as a queen bed, suitable for two adults. (I'm 6'4" and fit very comfortably there). The swivel smart TV w/DVD player in this space can be positioned towards the living area or the loft. Perhaps the best feature of all is a wall-to-wall loft window with retractable shade - makes for an amazing view from up top!

Two convenient bunks are tucked perfectly between the kitchen and back bedtoom, equipped with reading lights, privacy curtains, and full windows - perfect for kids and teens! Opposite of the bunks is the spacious bathroom with stand up shower, sink, and toilet. Finally, at the rear of coach is the beautiful primary bedroom with queen bed, reading lights, and a ton of storage (8 drawers and a full size wardrobe).  TWO separate AC units will keep you cool in the warm summer evenings, and a Dometic heater for your winter trips. 

Outside of the coach you'll find a retractable awning, exterior TV and sound system, and a number of large storage compartments for all of your camping gear. We provide some basics - chairs, table, lantern, etc - but leave you plenty of room for your own gear!
