This is a great RV for people who have never had an RV before or have limited experience in driving one. Easy to drive and there are no stairs to remember to pull up or slide outs to get stuck open or closed, just hop in and go.

We love to camp and fish, but don't get to as often as we'd like. Our trailer comfortably sleeps our two boys on the twin bunk beds and ourselves in the Queen. The dinette is also perfect for a toddler or baby to sleep on. We use it for our bags more often than eating but you can do either. It's small enough to get into some of the harder to reach locations, but also ready for a more luxury glamping experience with full hook ups. We've done them both. Our trailer includes solar electricity. Without hook ups or the generator you can run the stove, lights, water pump, and the refrigerator. 

Each of the bunks has a clean mattress protector on it ready for your fresh sheets or sleeping bag. Generator available for an additional daily charge. We will provide 1 full 15 gal propane tank. The awning includes lights for nighttime and bluetooth speakers, both inside and outside. We include our family games, cards, etc and the table has been covered in white erase for the kids to draw on. Paper towels, rv approved toilet paper, and cleaning agents all included. We ask that you bring it back to us clean, and we will do a deep clean and sanitize before the next guest.

We also live 1 block from a gentleman who sells fresh cut firewood, convenient to pick up right before you load the trailer.

Our Keystone Bullet is kid and pet friendly with plenty of room for everyone!  Inside, you have a bunkhouse with 4 twin beds, 2 dining tables, a couch and tv with DVD/Blu Ray player.  There are plenty of outlets and USB ports to plug in or charge all of your devices.  This trailer has it all, including an indoor and outdoor sound system with Bluetooth connection, automatic awning, outdoor kitchen, and outdoor hot water to wash off the kids and dogs after they have too much fun.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and oven and comes stocked with plates, cups, and utensils.  There is a single serving coffee-maker so bring your favorite K-cups to enjoy a nice cup of coffee.  The living room area has a trifold couch that can easily sleep two adults and a TV with DVD/Blu Ray player.  The main sleeping area has a full size queen bed and plenty of storage.  The bunkhouse has 4 twin bunks so there will be enough room for everyone.

Delivery and dumping options are available so you can just relax and enjoy your vacation, hassle free.  If you prefer to tow the trailer yourself, a weight distribution hitch rental is included.  We do not rent with a generator so campsites with hookups are recommended.

Bring your pets along on this Brand new 2023 Jayco J Flight 224 BHW. 22 foot box inside and 27 feet hitch to bumper. One queen bed that sleeps 2 and a bunk bed with 2 twin size beds that sleep 1 each (250 lbs max per bed). Dining table also converts into a small bed for children or animals. 

Comes with a refrigerator that runs off propane and electric. Oven, microwave, 3 burners, an outside griddle, outside fridge (runs off electric only). Toilet, sink, inside and outside shower.

Add ons:
I have two IRocker Inflatable Paddleboard. Boards are 11 feet long “All Around” boards, so can be used in any type of water. I have one small air compressor and one manual pump that will come with it as well.
Each board comes with: 
-An adult PFD (life jacket) (required by law to have on your board at the least). I don’t have kid sizes yet.
- A strap to attach to your body in case you fall off so the board doesn’t get away from you. 
- A 3 section carbon fiber paddle. 
- 3 detachable fins. 
- Water resistant Cooler that attaches to the board. I generally put my Iphone in the outer pocket of this.
- Cup holder that attaches to board.
- Carrying strap for transporting.
- Backpack style case for everything.
- Idaho Invasive species license. If going outside of Idaho, make sure to check the rules in that area for what type of tag you’ll need to get.

Absolutely no smoking in the camper. 

Only use RV/Septic safe toilet paper and don’t put anything else down the toilet. This includes food or vomit. If you’re going to be using toilet paper to do your business, then fill the toilet half way with water prior to use, then flush and hold for at least 4 seconds to ensure toilet paper gets to black tank.

Pack in, pack out. Garbage bags are provided for your convenience. Please take all garbage with you before returning the camper.

Basic cleaning supplies are also provided. While we clean and disinfect before each trip, any additional cleaning by you is greatly appreciated.

Please dump the black and gray tanks prior to returning. Or select the $50 add on and we will handle it for you after your return.

If you want to run the AC and won’t have shore power, bring a 4500W or higher generator. I have one for rent as well that runs off propane or gas. I’ll fill it up with gas for you but you’ll have to refill if you run out. Or you can bring your own propane tank. I can also add in a propane tank for a fee.

The beds are decent but I bring my self inflating camping mattress/pad to throw over the beds to make it more comfortable.

2022 Winnebago Solis

This family travel trailer is great for getting out into mountains and spending the weekend enjoying nature. It has a higher clearance level than most trailers and therefore easier to navigate some tighter areas. It has a nice entertainment center inside with a DVD player and 32" tv with a very roomy living quarters. the bedroom is separated from the rest of the area and the shower is roomy. 

For outdoor convivence, there is a large awning that is rolled out by the touch of a button, and led lighting built in to keep the party going after dark. To also help enjoy the outside, there is a pull out kitchen with a small fridge for drinks, a sink and a 2 burner stove.



Our trailer comes with fresh, clean linens for the 3 beds, dish towels and bathing towels.  It has pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. We have included 2 camping chairs, an outdoor patio mat, and smores sticks in the storage. We also have a good selection of DVD’s including several kids movies. There is also games and coloring books for the kids to enjoy.

Prep fee includes:

We have spent a lot of time in the Boise national forest and camped near multiple hot springs.  One of the benefits of our camper is the large propane tanks, large water tank and the two 12 volt batteries that when used conservatively can easily last the weekend off the grid. However, we do offer a generator for a fee that can allow for much longer stays.
