Awesome camper for rent in southern IL! This camper is brand new and has all the amenities you can ask for plus some! Heat and AC work great! The option of having two doors is very convenient especially if you have children!! The queen bed is in a secluded bedroom with a solid door so there is a lot of privacy! Electric fireplace is aesthetically pleasing and also doubles as an electric heater. Plenty of storage with the huge pantry and cabinets. Come rent our camper! 

Dishes including pots and pans. Camping chairs. Optional bags games. We also have the hitch that can be used with the camper. There is a small TV that can be used if internet is available and you have a fire stick or something of the sort. 

No smoking in the camper. Be sure to turn off the propane if it is used.

The Tiffin Phaeton 40QKH is a 40’ Diesel luxury bunkhouse on wheels that sleeps 8 people in comfort. It is equipped with 1 full bathroom, a king size bed, queen size pullout sofa, jackknife sofa, dinette sleeper (full-size), and 2 bunk beds.

The living area has sofas opposite each other for more sociable interaction with Captain's chairs that swivel into the living area. There is a full kitchen with residential refrigerator, dishwasher, and plenty of storage located throughout the coach.

A gorgeous master bedroom with King bed includes a 40” HD TV, washer/dryer, and plenty of closet space.

Outside amenities include awnings over the entrance and patio area, pullout slide, and a TV.

Whether you're stationary or you decide to hit the open road, you'll have the coziness and comforts of a luxury hotel room with this coach! If you're here for the memories, adventure, and a new glamping experience with your own family or friends, this is where you want to be! 

We ask that you treat the coach with respect regardless of what you’re using it for but more so should you decide to rent it for a festival - and be up front about what you plan to use it for.

- Driver must have previous experience driving Diesel Class-A Coach with Air Brakes and pass a 30-minute test with owner to rent. 
- Otherwise Drive Test and General RV Familiarity (1.5 hours) review required by Owner BEFORE rental considered (this can be scheduled at anytime leading up to rental).
- This is a tall rig so you have to be very aware of your surroundings, especially tree branches, bridges and roofing structures.
- No smoking
- No candles
- No walking, sitting, standing, or lounging on roof
- Only use RV toilet paper
- Tolls must be paid or a $75 admin fee will be charged
- Ensure all doors, cabinets and drawers are closed and locked before driving RV (this includes all undercarriage compartments, refrigerator, overhead vents in hallway and bathrooms, bathroom doors, master bedroom door, etc.) to avoid damage while the RV is in motion (trust me!)
