**We Prefer Delivery** 
- Delivery is an an easy way to get set up and have a hassle free time, drive up and enjoy, walk away when done. We will handle all the set up, hauling, parking, leveling, tear down and hauling again. You book the site, we set it up! Call or text any time to ask questions. 

IF you want to haul, then you will need a weight distribution hitch set up and that takes extra time, also your truck needs to be capable, we will screen renters for experience and proper equipment. Message us to discuss! 

The truck should be comfortable hauling at least 8000lbs, with a hitch weight of at least 900lbs.  

We hope you enjoy our second home and treat it with the same respect! We ask that you generally clean up after yourself, sweep and wipe things down as well as take out the trash. We especially want to keep the camper DRY, so please dry any spills or leaks, specifically in the bathroom and kitchen. We will take care of the deep cleaning!

Great locations to camp locally would be Jester Park, Ledges State Park, Chichaqua Park, Swede Pointe County Park, Saylorville Park, Acorn Valley, Lake Red Rock, Elk Rock Park, Rathbun, Lake Anita, Amana Colonies.. Call for more suggestions! Things to do locally include Adventureland, many hiking trails and fishing, High Trestle Trail, beaches around Saylorville lake, even rent a boat for a day!

Great family camper or plenty of space for a couples getaway. Camper is complete with all utensils and amended needed to have a great camping experience. Camper will sleep up to eight but 6 is very comfortable. 20 foot slide allows for plenty of room in living area.  Has private queen bed room bunk beds in the back with table and couch also folds out into full size beds as well. Large awning will allow you fun outdoors no matter the conditions. Camper is equipped with chairs and outdoor/indoor cooking utensils.  Included is pots and pans, silverware, plates, coffee pot, toaster,  cups, and camper access.  Nice and clean sheets, blankets, wash clothes, and blankets are ready for you.  Toilet paper and paper towels also included.  Really at the end of the day the only thing you will need is food and fun you will have taking this camper out. No smoking inside camper please. This is a great camper for a family to enjoy camper camping in. My wife and kids love it.  I hope to share the experience with others that are not wanting to commit to purchasing one. We have several weekends we know we won’t be able to enjoy it so we are trying out renting it.

Renting from us with the inclusive Home Style Package really makes traveling on the road as easy as 1, 2, 3! All you need to do is pack your own: 1. Food and 2. Paper Products (plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils, paper towels) and 3. Bring it back full of fuel.

Camper will be clean and beds made with quality linens. The typical rental will also 2 outdoor chairs (more upon request) coffee and water to get you started the first morning. Some firewood to get you started the first night as well. Our goal is for you to show up and relax.
