This Freelander class C gas coach by Coachmen RV provides everything you need at your fingertips, and gives you the freedom to go just about anywhere! This model features a rear bedroom, split bath, plus much more!

Model 27QB has a side entry door that leads right into the main living space where you will find a sofa on your right opposite a 42" x 71" booth dinette, both with overhead storage.

There is a 57" x 95" overhead bunk above the cab area for added sleeping space, plus a swing arm TV for your enjoyment.

To the left of the side entry door find the refrigerator, and across from that is the rest of the kitchen amenities including a double sink, a three burner range, overhead microwave, and counter top extension. You will also find plenty of storage space for your dishes and things as well.

There is a split bath including a private toilet area with vanity and sink plus linen cabinet along the curb side wall. The shower is directly opposite.

The very rear of the coach is where you can relax and enjoy a great nights sleep. There is a queen size bed with nightstand on one side and wardrobes for hanging clothes on both sides, plus an overhead cabinet to keep things neat and organized. 

Gray/Black dumping is not required but a $75 fee will be deducted from the security deposit if tanks are not emptied.

Tough luxury… This rugged off-road camper was developed in Australia and designed to go anywhere a 4-wheel drive can tow it. It features the "Lock and Roll" articulating hitch, fully independent suspension with more than 12 inches of clearance, 8 foot high ceiling with inflatable support beams, a large stainless-steel pull-out outdoor kitchen (everything you need to cook and eat is included), a chest style fridge/freezer, propane furnace, and an outdoor shower with hot water. 

It has two double beds with memory foam toppers that each sleep 2 adults comfortably, and the option to convert the dinette area to a bed for a 5th person. Alternatively, you can convert one of the double beds to a king size bed. You'll stay toasty even on the coldest nights with the propane furnace.

The tent inflates with the push of a button, and the whole thing can be set up in under 10 minutes. If you're camping off-grid, the propane tank, 40 gallons of water, and fully charged lithium battery will last you 3 - 4 days.

No smoking or vaping
- If smoking is suspected $400 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Do not move camper while inflated or when stabilizer legs are down

All items listed on inventory that departed with the camper must be returned, not including consumables.
- If items are not returned, the replacement cost will be deducted from the security deposit.

Do not stand or sit on top of the camper when closed, it is not meant to be weight-bearing.

Sharp turn caution
- The bars located between the vehicle and propane tank are at just the right height to crack tail lights. Please be careful.

Late pick-up and drop-off fees
- Up to $50 will be deducted from the security deposit if not communicated in a timely manner.

Great for campgrounds with electric hookup or getting off the beaten path and boondocking for a few days.

Lots of room in this comfortable "Glamping" rig!  If you like to be comfy with a lot of living space when you are out exploring, then this spacious camper is for you! 

It has a king size bed in the bedroom. Also the couch makes into a bed that two can sleep in. We include an additional twin size inflatable mattress for the floor if needed. So it sleeps four comfortably, or five with the twin inflatable mattress. 

We would like to rent this camper and deliver to people who are camping at our local campgrounds/ lakes around the Lawrence and Topeka, KS areas, within 40 miles of us.  Clinton Lake, Pomona Lake, Melvern Lake, Lake Perry, Lake Shawnee, etc.  

We may make an exception for pick-up if someone has extensive experience hauling a fifth wheeler. Please send me a message to inquire about this.

If you return the camper cleaned like you picked it up, there is no cleaning fee. But if we must do extensive cleaning there is a $75 fee that will be added at the end of the rental, from the deposit (we don’t anticipate doing that).

We include fresh bedding and some towels.

The kitchen will be stocked with plastic ware and paper plates, cups, napkins. Paper towels and toilet paper will be provided. Cooking utensils and basic pots and pans will be provided.

Additional amenities included: Coffee pot, coffee filters, toaster, can opener. 

Cleaning supplies are also provided.

No smoking of any kind allowed. 

Pets are welcome, but if you are leaving a pet in the camper while you are out boating, etc., they need to be kenneled.

Clinton Lake campgrounds, Pomona Lake campgrounds, Lake Shawnee campground, those are the closest to us. A little further out is Melvern Lake, Eisenhower State Park, and Lake Perry.

We have worked hard to think of everything you need so you don't have to. Just bring your clothes on board, stop at the grocery store to get your favorite foods and hit the road. No need to overpack...there's a washer and dryer in this RV!

All we ask is that you treat the unit like it's yours and most of all have fun. But just in case, here are a few rules.  No Smoking inside the unit, $500 fee for cleaning if you smoke in the unit. No foam parties inside the unit, please take your pets outside to use the restroom. One way reservations are a possibility but there are so many factors that go into it to price . Message me and I can get you a quote, but think an extra day @ $300 and $1 a mile after that, it’s not perfect math but will get you in the ball park. 

I would suggest the RV Life app to help you plan your journey.  I would highly suggest renting a spot with 50amp service, water, and sewer hookups.  This will prevent you from needing to dump the black and gray tanks during your stay.  Don't know what that is?  No worries...we'll walk you through it.

All we ask is that you treat it like your own.  Here are a few rules. No smoking in the unit. There’s a $500 fee for cleaning if you smoke in the unit. Please take your pets outside to use the restroom. Make note of any maintenance items for me to address before the next renter.  It is a moving RV and we do expect that there will be maintenance items after every trip.  We don't charge for those items that are factory issues and try to address them immediately. So the next renters also have a hassle free trip.
