There are even cable tv connections for those special campgrounds that offer connections. There is lots of storage under the beds and under the rig. It has automatic leveling at the push of a button. The awning and lighting are automatically controlled at the main panel. This beauty even has an indoor and outdoor sound system so you never miss a beat if you have to step outside to check the grill.

Tuttle Creek campground is a short drive from beautiful Manhattan, Kansas. Situated on 1200 acres there are an abundance of nature trails, a mountain biking trail, and a scenic equestrian trail offer explorers a variety of routes to experience the aesthetic Flint Hills environment. Scenic picnic areas, an 18-hole disc golf course, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, and conveniently placed restrooms and shower facilities to accommodate park visitors. The Luke Nihart archery range is at River Pond Area and open daylight hours. The River Pond Area has a swimming beach.

Grand Design Momentum 31G.  Sleeps 6 comfortable (3x queen sized beds).  Generator and solar lend themselves to boondocking.  Two bathrooms, one shower and 100 gallons of water give you good boondocking capability.  The generator has a 20 gallon fuel tank so you have 40 hours of continuous power.

I can deliver within about 300 miles.  

This is a take and set up trailer.  Some exceptions for self-hauling allows.

Lots of room in this comfortable "Glamping" rig!  If you like to be comfy with a lot of living space when you are out exploring, then this spacious camper is for you! 

It has a king size bed in the bedroom. Also the couch makes into a bed that two can sleep in. We include an additional twin size inflatable mattress for the floor if needed. So it sleeps four comfortably, or five with the twin inflatable mattress. 

We would like to rent this camper and deliver to people who are camping at our local campgrounds/ lakes around the Lawrence and Topeka, KS areas, within 40 miles of us.  Clinton Lake, Pomona Lake, Melvern Lake, Lake Perry, Lake Shawnee, etc.  

We may make an exception for pick-up if someone has extensive experience hauling a fifth wheeler. Please send me a message to inquire about this.

If you return the camper cleaned like you picked it up, there is no cleaning fee. But if we must do extensive cleaning there is a $75 fee that will be added at the end of the rental, from the deposit (we don’t anticipate doing that).

We include fresh bedding and some towels.

The kitchen will be stocked with plastic ware and paper plates, cups, napkins. Paper towels and toilet paper will be provided. Cooking utensils and basic pots and pans will be provided.

Additional amenities included: Coffee pot, coffee filters, toaster, can opener. 

Cleaning supplies are also provided.

No smoking of any kind allowed. 

Pets are welcome, but if you are leaving a pet in the camper while you are out boating, etc., they need to be kenneled.

Clinton Lake campgrounds, Pomona Lake campgrounds, Lake Shawnee campground, those are the closest to us. A little further out is Melvern Lake, Eisenhower State Park, and Lake Perry.

This camper sleeps up to 5 and has everything you need to make your camping a great experience whether just the two of you getting away or taking your entire family on vacation. The camper is light enough to be towed by a half ton truck or mid-size SUV. It comes equipped with sheets, towels, kitchen supplies, dining supplies, and family games to make your time more enjoyable. Message us if you need to use a delivery/setup service or if you need certain items to pull the camper such as an equalizer hitch.
Please reach out to us for any extras that you might need to accommodate your next trip whether it be something as simple as some camping chairs, extra games for your kids, camp fire utensils, and we can also provide a generator if you are going to a location that does not have power available.

We have all the items needed to make your camping experience more enjoyable including: dinnerware, cookware, towels, linens, blankets, family games, and little extras to help make the experience better.

Also available for extra is a generator, camp chairs, campfire setup, and other possible items just ask if you do not see it listed here.

Pets are welcome for a non-refundable fee and there is absolutely no smoking allowed in the camper. Please be respectful of the property and treat it as your own. We can help with any issues or questions that arise. Just ask.

We are located very near Clinton Lake, Lawrence Kansas, also near Pomona Lake, Ks. We are about 30 minutes from Melvern Lake and Eisenhower State Park, Lake Perry, Lake Shawnee, Topeka area. 

This is a comfortable camper for a family of four or possibly five with little children.  

This camper has a queen size bed 73“L x 60“W (so just slightly shorter than a standard queen size but the same width).  It also has a couch that makes into a bed 70”L x 40”W, and a table with benches that makes into a small bed 67”L x 38”W. 
With the slide out, there is room for a narrow pallet on the floor for one additional person. Two little children have slept on the couch bed and table/bench area beds. 


If you return the camper cleaned like you picked it up, there is no cleaning fee. But if we must do extensive cleaning there is a $50 fee that will be added at the end of the rental from the deposit (we don’t anticipate doing that-We’ve not had to yet).

Bedding (fresh sheets, comforter, and a couple extra sleeping bags),  towels, kitchen supplies (not food), coffee pot, silverware and plastic ware, cups, paper plates and bowls, along with various camping needs.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We will provide Lysol wipes and would appreciate surfaces in the camper being wiped down at the end of your rental time.  We are not charging a cleaning fee if the camper is returned to us as close as possible to the way you received it. Exception would be linens, Blanket/comforters, and towels that we will be washing.

The unit is stored Near Clinton and Perry Lakes. I also can bring it to my home in Kansas City by the Racetrack.

A complete walk through and my 24/7 on call service. This thing is brand spanking new.  We will be adding extras over the next few weeks.  

Try to find a campsite with a 30A hook up.

I can Supply Towels and Linens if you would like. For and additional fee.I understand if you want to bring your own linens. 

We have plenty of cooking items as well.

We also have outdoor cooking supplies such as a flat top grill.

Please ask if you want some other outdoor items as we may have the things you need.


NO SMOKING or you will forfeit entire deposit!

NO Pets unless you pay a $150 pet cleaning fee. Will result in deposit forfeit.
Smoking in the RV will result in a forfeit of deposit. Non Negotiable.

Always pull the outdoor canopy in at night.  The canopy is not to be open during a windy day.

Conserve propane by turning the Water heater off at night or while your gone during the day. Its a 6 gallon tank and only takes minutes to heat up.
