You'll want a 50 amp hookup available for this camper. Generator is not included, and anything below 50 will not allow both air conditioners to run.

There is a bathroom in the rear.  Also a mini fridge and a microwave.  Instructions on how to work audio equipment are located in a seat pocket. 

DEISEL fuel only.  There is no smoking or alcohol in the vehicle.  Only verified drivers may drive the vehicle.  The vehicle is winterized from November 1st through April 1st every year.  So no use of sink or toilet during those months.

Great for day trips.  Family travel has never been better.  The comfort of the spacious interior  as well the onboard entertainment makes land travel so peaceful.  The peace of mind of having a bathroom readily available is priceless.  Seating for ten is a big plus when traveling with a large group.  Only one car is needed and so fun chatting or working.  Also nice for bridal parties to move from wedding to reception.  Also great for youth travel sports.

Sleeps 8 comfortably slide has two bunks and over cab is huge for two people.  Sofa sleeper is comfortable for one adult or two kids and the dinette is the same.  Queen bed in back room with privacy door.  Gets 8-9 miles  gallon depending your speed and the wind direction. 

Basic cooking supplies provided.  Bring your own linens, blankets and towels.

This camper has lots of room to move around in and has a open space concept! It has a lovely flat screen tv and fireplace in the living room. Has a nice area to prep meals. It does have a couple steps up to get into the queen bedroom and bathroom. Camper has a separate bunk room in the rear equipped with 3 bunks as well as the kitchen dinette and sofa also convert into beds. This camper has a solar panel as well as indoor and and out door shower and sound system. It also includes a outdoor kitchen area equipped with a mini fridge and sink. This is great for camping/family events and work traveling with the family.  This camper is set up with a Andersen hitch and requires a gooseneck ball (preferably B&W Turnover style) to mount to.

This camper comes with a basic set of cooking pots, utensils, towels and linens. Other things can be provided if requested.

We prefer to deliver but renter pickup is also a option. We require a 3/4 ton or larger vehicle to safely tow this unit and truck must be equipped with a gooseneck ball to use our hitch.
 Awning usage is not authorized and will not be covered by insurance. 
Please let us know if you break something or notice that something is broken. We would rather know so that we can get it taken care of. 
Depending on the length you rent it, we may request to check in on the camper to make sure there is no damage or maintenance issues.
Please make sure you return as you found, cleaning supplies are located under the sink. If returned with odor or is noticeably dirty $150.00 clean fee will be applied. 

Some nearby lakes include Melvern, John Redmond, and Pomona. We can deliver to these lakes for a extra charge. Other lakes further away like Council Grove or Eldorado are also options and delivery is still available for a larger charge.

We are located very near Clinton Lake, Lawrence Kansas, also near Pomona Lake, Ks. We are about 30 minutes from Melvern Lake and Eisenhower State Park, Lake Perry, Lake Shawnee, Topeka area. 

This is a comfortable camper for a family of four or possibly five with little children.  

This camper has a queen size bed 73“L x 60“W (so just slightly shorter than a standard queen size but the same width).  It also has a couch that makes into a bed 70”L x 40”W, and a table with benches that makes into a small bed 67”L x 38”W. 
With the slide out, there is room for a narrow pallet on the floor for one additional person. Two little children have slept on the couch bed and table/bench area beds. 


If you return the camper cleaned like you picked it up, there is no cleaning fee. But if we must do extensive cleaning there is a $50 fee that will be added at the end of the rental from the deposit (we don’t anticipate doing that-We’ve not had to yet).

Bedding (fresh sheets, comforter, and a couple extra sleeping bags),  towels, kitchen supplies (not food), coffee pot, silverware and plastic ware, cups, paper plates and bowls, along with various camping needs.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We will provide Lysol wipes and would appreciate surfaces in the camper being wiped down at the end of your rental time.  We are not charging a cleaning fee if the camper is returned to us as close as possible to the way you received it. Exception would be linens, Blanket/comforters, and towels that we will be washing.

Lots of room in this comfortable "Glamping" rig!  If you like to be comfy with a lot of living space when you are out exploring, then this spacious camper is for you! 

It has a king size bed in the bedroom. Also the couch makes into a bed that two can sleep in. We include an additional twin size inflatable mattress for the floor if needed. So it sleeps four comfortably, or five with the twin inflatable mattress. 

We would like to rent this camper and deliver to people who are camping at our local campgrounds/ lakes around the Lawrence and Topeka, KS areas, within 40 miles of us.  Clinton Lake, Pomona Lake, Melvern Lake, Lake Perry, Lake Shawnee, etc.  

We may make an exception for pick-up if someone has extensive experience hauling a fifth wheeler. Please send me a message to inquire about this.

Pets are welcome, but if you are leaving a pet in the camper while you are out boating, etc., they need to be kenneled.

Clinton Lake campgrounds, Pomona Lake campgrounds, Lake Shawnee campground, those are the closest to us. A little further out is Melvern Lake, Eisenhower State Park, and Lake Perry.
