Glamping...camping - same thing with this rig! Do you have a large family and want to make memories together? This trailer can comfortably sleep 9...uncomfortably sleep 12. The outdoor kitchen and door access to the bathroom helps when there are young ones around - making your site/camper convenient. 

The back of the trailer that houses the bunkbeds also has plenty of activities stored for young ones as well as movies for them to watch.

The main living area has a spacious floor plan and television a tad larger than the "kids room". All cooking essentials are available for your use. 

Please know that we Only offer delivery with this trailer. The added cost is 100.00 for delivery and pick up. You will need to select this option when you hit “request to book”. There are two options and delivery is one of them. Then you select “stationary” and enter the address of the location you are camping at. It helps for us to know the site number as well if you have that information handy.

We don't rent our camper out to residential addresses. We work strictly with campgrounds so we have access to a dump station and where the electric hookup is sufficient enough for families to run the air conditioning.

We have set up for families at Double JJ RV Campground, Dunes Harbor, Hideaway Campground, Hoffmaster, Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park, Vacation Station in Ludington, Cran Hill Ranch, Val-Du Lakes, and White River Campground. Many of these campgrounds have water and electric hookup but we also have large enough tanks to accommodate using the bathroom in the camper and some kitchen work if the water is used sparingly.

This fee will cover professional cleaning and required maintenance checks. It also includes laundered linens, cleaning supplies, and consumables like trash bags, paper towel and toilet paper.

2022 Jayco 184BS. This trailer is small enough to tow with a mid size SUV, but big enough to sleep a family of 5. There is a queen bed in front, twin bunks, and the table folds down to create another bed. This camper comes with just about everything you need to enjoy a weekend away! Just bring your own food, clothes, toiletries, and bedding (sheets, blankets, and pillows).

Our Jayco weighs in at 4500lbs fully loaded and comes with a Bluetooth trailer brake controller and a hitch so hauling will be a breeze!

Camper has heat, A/C, fridge (12V or electric), microwave, two burner stove, shower, and toilet. Power awning is available to use but must be retracted if winds get above 10mph.

-RV includes basic utensils, cleaning supplies, cookware (pots/pans), outdoor chairs, first aid kit, lighter, coffee maker, coffee mugs, BEDDING IS NOT PROVIDED.

Our camper allows a maximum of 2 dogs. No other animals are allowed. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

In order to fully take advantage of this unit, a 50amp full service site is recommended. If a 30amp electric service is selected, some features of the unit will be inoperable.


Supplied is almost everything you need to have a perfect camping experience! Chill out with the provided camping chairs, on the supplied outdoor mat, listening to music on the outdoor/indoor audio system!

Other things that are included in the rig are:
Full Kitchen Utensils, Pots, Pans, Silverware, Spices, Keurig coffee pot, Toaster, Blender, some spices etc...
Bathroom towels and wash clothes.
Limited Bedroom linens are supplied, with Extra Pillows and some blankets.
Renter must bring extra bedding such as comforters and blankets for bunk and pull-out couches.
Enjoy some down time playing a few board games or a deck of cards!

Also supplied is Trash Cans, Vacuum, Broom, cleaning supplies, small propane Grill, outdoor table and RV specific toilet paper.

All you should need to bring is Food, Clothes, and Toiletries.
