Little four piece dining set to eat your meals at indoors if needed or play your favorite card or board games. Full living room with tv, bluetooth radio, electric fireplace and foldout sofa with led lighting all around you. To the back of the trailer is a one bedroom king size bed with all linen included with extra storage underneath and tv. Last but not least full bathroom with a beautiful skylit celing walk in shower and toliet there is also a shower outside to shower or rinse off. This adventure machine is ready to go to all sorts of family vacations! From the lake to the woods this is the one you and your kids and family will enjoy. 

Great motorhome for those long family vacations! Has plenty of room for your kids or just to make it comfortable. Don't let the year fool you on the upgrades this motorhome has. All controls can be done via your phone. Not familiar with a camper that is ok, this is an easy camper that you can take to the state campground or to the high end campgrounds and it will fit in. It has touch panels that has videos on how to use items. Automatic leveling jacks and two slide outs. It has 3 tv's . Outdoor speakers, and storage in the rear. It is a gas motorhome so you won't have to worry about smelling diesel.

There is a generator that you can run to make sure your trip to Arizona, your AC will be on the whole way and keep you cool. It runs off the gasoline that the motorhome runs off from so no extras to worry about. Outside tv under awning. This motor home is in excellent conditions. Everything works and is ready for the renters. My wife and I are RV experts and we only rent it out if it in perfect working order.

What is included is the motorhome.

We have optional linens, silverware, dishes and items such as gas grill, 4 Fold away chairs bike racks etc. You will have all the hoses, cables, and filters for full hook up. There will also be a caddy for moving waste if you would like to use that.

This motorhome is large, turning it does take a little skill to learn how the swing around is. It is not real high, so you have to watch curbs etc. There is a backup camera. We will be asking renters to sign a supplemental lease to protect both parties on damages. There is a GPS tracker on this motorhome, and it should not exceed 75MPH. We will also not allow it at ANY CONCERTS, RACES, Tailgates or Festivals. Mandatory 45 minute walk through and function orientation, no exceptions.. The Cleaning fee is for the outside and small items on the inside. If the camper is full of sand, dirt, food and other items a fee will be assessed. A vacuum is included in the camper. Please use that to make sure you do not incur additional fees for cleaning.

Absolutely no smoking anything or vaping inside the camper or close enough for it to cause the cigarette, skunky (THC), cigar, incense, candles, or other similar products that cause these odors that can't be removed. A campfire smell is expected, please enjoy a nice campfire! 

Animals: we love them all but no birds or reptiles, please. Dogs are fine.
