***We both work M-F until 4pm. Deliveries will be made ASAP but no guarantees that we can take off work to deliver exactly at check in time. 

We expect you to take care of our camper as if it is your own so that others may enjoy it for years to come.  If any incidents arise, just let us know and we will work with you to get everything taken care of!  We ask that you communicate with us if there are any questions, problems or concerns.  We are happy to help and want you to have the best experience possible!

A few rules to consider before renting:

*Pets are welcome for an additional fee as long as they are well behaved and potty trained. 

*Absolutely NO smoking in the camper!  If this occurs, your deposit WILL NOT be returned.

*RV safe TP only, DO NOT Flush feminine products. Empty black and gray tank upon departure (instructions provided).  If we are delivering and picking up, this service is included in the delivery fee.

*Please tidy up after yourself by washing and putting away any dishes you use during your stay and emptying all trashcans.  We will wash all bedding and towels.  Anything above and beyond normal cleaning will result in an excessive cleaning charge (withheld from deposit).

Missouri offers many great State Parks as well as private campgrounds!  Longview Lake Campground is a family favorite!  Nice sites with full hookups, paved roads and a large playground for the kids!  Longview Lake is nearby and has many water sports/activities available!  Shopping and restaurants are in close proximity, but you'd never know as this campground sits back in the woods!

There are so many things to do in the surrounding areas such as Kansas City Speedway, The Legends Shopping, Chiefs and Royals Stadiums, Union Station, Worlds of Fun/Oceans of Fun, Kansas City Zoo and so much more!

Do you like Tiny Homes? Have you always wanted to try one out for the weekend? This is your chance. This adorable custom-built tiny home will be the talk of the town (well, the RV park). It features all the comforts of home (mini fridge, toaster, Keurig single cup coffee maker, one burner stove, electric skillet, and much more) while giving the unique feel of a tiny house.

The new wood floor is sure to catch your eye, while the loft over the gooseneck is the perfect place for young children to play and sleep. When the day is done, rinse off with the outside shower at whatever temperature you prefer before climbing up into the king-sized bed in the loft. Make sure to take one last look out the loft window before you drift off to sleep.

This is the perfect little house for a family with small children. The area over the gooseneck provides them with their own tiny part of the tiny home. One or two young children (under 10 or so), or one small teen, could sleep in the children's loft if desired.

Does your vehicle allow you to hall a gooseneck trailer? No? No problem. We will deliver to any of the lakes in the area. (Truman, Stockton, Palm de Terre, and even Lake of the Ozarks). Make your trip a weekend you and your family will never forget.

Also available: New Airhead 5X11 Water Mat, Ladder Ball, up to four Double Nest Hammocks with straps, Klymit inflatable sleeping mat.

Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in the RV may result in damage and the renter will be liable for the cost to repair. You will sign and acknowledge your understanding of our provided information.
