We rented camper trailers for years and finally decided to purchase our own.  Now we are ready to share this camper that has been perfect for our family.  With the queen master, single/full bunk, jack-knife loveseat, and dinette conversion, it sleeps 5-8 people. But for comfort sake we would say the dinette and loveseat are really for the kids. The outdoor faucet/shower is great for rinsing off after your float trip.  The loveseat has a fold-down arm rest with cup-holders and USB ports for charging phones or 2-way radios. The radio connects to Bluetooth, so you always have your own playlist at the ready for inside and/or outside the camper. The fridge is a good size, even for a week long trip.  The separate freezer door means a bigger frozen food section. Less coolers to haul, less ice to buy. And the receiver hitch on the back is perfect for your own bike or storage rack. 

Our camper comes with pots, pans, food prep and serving utensils. Paper plates, paper towels, napkins, plastic utensils, potholders, hand towels, drying mats, etc... Beds will have linens (pillows not included). We've added memory foam toppers to the queen and full beds for added comfort. A loveseat camping chair with cooler compartment and a patio mat (as pictured) for under the awning. 

The fridge and hot water heater run on LP or electric.  30 Amp hookup.  We provide a 25', 30amp electric cable with a 120v adapter if needed.  The tongue jack is electric.  We provide a 2-5/16" hitch and stabilizer/sway control.   When you book let us know the height of your hitch for proper installation. Trailer has a 7-pin electric hookup with electric brakes. (Controller not provided).

Welcome to our camper, Rocky!  We are fairly new to camping ourselves, but we fell in love with the cozy, homey feel of this rig!  The warm tones of the flooring and furnishings are so welcoming. Plus, there’s plenty of room for everyone!  
This rig sleeps comfortably sleeps 6 adults (and up to 10 if some are kids!). 
When you enter the camper, just to the right is the master bedroom. It has a brand new camper queen bed (75” long), bedding and pillows are provided. There are 2 closets plus overhead storage compartments in the master plus curtains for privacy. 

There is one slide out in the kitchen/living area making it quite spacious. There are plenty of cabinets/overhead storage. Also,tv/dvd/cd player here. The jackknife sofa folds out into a sleeping area (best suited for children as it is 64 inches in length). The U-shaped dinette folds down into a bed for 2 (it is 85” in length). Waterproof mattress pad and fitted sheets provided for both. 
Next comes the bathroom, which is one of the biggest camper bathrooms we’ve seen. Starter supply of shampoo and soap and towels for 8 provided. Walk through the bathroom to the bunk room 
The bunk room boasts bunks for 4. Sturdy enough for adults (manufacturer recommends weight limit of 300lbs per bunk). Waterproof mattress pad and fitted sheets provided. 
**(We do not provide pillows for the bunks or fold out beds unless specifically requested. We’ve seen that most people like to bring their own pillows anyway and….Pillows just take up so much room in a camper!)

We have tried to think of Everything you would need to comfortably cook every camp meal! The kitchen is fairly well equipped and we add things we think of after each camping trip! We will even throw in a crockpot if you’d like one!  Basics like salt and pepper and s’mores fixings are provided. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, are provided. 
There is an outdoor propane grill that attaches to the outside of the camper.

We are very close to Washington State Park just south of DeSoto 
and St Francois State Park in Bonne Terre. Both parks boast trails to hike and access to Big River. We love camping at either park. Ask us about delivery and set up at these parks!

This is the perfect class C coach for a larger family. Get out into nature, slow down, & enjoy what matters most.  Thor Motor Coach's Chateau 31EV bunkhouse model will be a hit with you and your children!

As you enter you will see a 68" jackknife sofa to your immediate right featuring comfortable seating during the day and it can easily be made into sleeping space at night. There is a Dream Dinette opposite that is part of the full driver's side slide. Next to the dinette is a double kitchen sink with overhead storage, a three burner cooktop, gas oven, a microwave oven, plus a refrigerator/freezer and pantry are across the unit to the left of the entrance door.

As you move toward the back you will find a side aisle bath on your left. The bath features a radius shower, toilet, and sink. The bath offers dual entry with a pocket door leading directly into the rear bedroom. The unit has a tankless water heater so you will never run out of hot water.

Across the hall from the bath is a set of bunks that are 27" x 72". The bunks are also part of the slide out which continues on in the bedroom with a closet, dresser.

Opposite the slide in the bedroom you will find a queen size bed with nightstands on both sides.

Back up front there is a cab over bunk that is 54" x 96" which provides additional sleeping when you need it. There is also a 39" LED TV with swivel base and more. Our unit has 4G LTE & Wifi.

2x camping chairs, the unit is equipped with WIFI, linens, cookware, utensils, sleeping bags, outside cooking stove, games indoor and outdoor, etc. Delivery and pickup within 50 mi radius available upon request.
