The TZ Mobile is a 2017 Minnie Winnie Class C that our family of six was fortunate to purchase in June of 2021. We enjoy getting to camp together with some creature comforts and hope you all will as well! 

Tons of space for your family and friends. Very enjoyable ride for quick trips to the shore for a day or if you're going to the mountains for a week. All the seats are super comfy for the ride and the beds are cozy for snuggling at night. Enjoy the ease of having a microwave or air conditioning. 

We've really found this rig to be functional for our family of six (four kids). There is one latch for a car seat system and ability to use the seatbelts for another car seat. We have found the rig to be easy to drive (multiple cameras helps!), plenty of space for four kids and additional family; along with the comfort of a bathroom and shower. 

Our home is not far from the Philadelphia airport (about a 10 min drive from the airport).

The rig can take 30 amps but we also have an adapter for 50 amps as well.

At this time no pets, festivals, or tailgating as we get used to renting. 

No smoking in the rig, ever. We have small kids with medical conditions at home. 

You'll need to return the rig with black and grey water emptied or we can empty it for a fee. 

We've taken our rig through NYC to camp in state parks in Long Island. As well as various trips to Vermont to visit family and friends. A few day trips here and there have also happened to the Shore. We love the ease of having our own kitchen and bathroom wherever we go (makes life with small kids much easier!). 

While this rig has just begun it's life. My husband and I have traveled all over the continental US and Alaska and Hawai'i. Feel free to ask us about dry camping and other locales as you plan your travels. 

We have big plans for this rig to travel across the country but that will come later.

By accepting this rental agreement, you agree and affirm that you are fully responsible to any and all damage to the RV from the time of pickup until the return is complete.
We recommend camping at designated full-hookup campgrounds. Certain features of the RV are provided as a convenience and added pleasure to your camping experience (i.e. on-board generator, awning, speakers, etc.), however the use of these items are not guaranteed and are not grounds for cancellation. These items are not subject to repair or replacement during the term of your rental. Only items necessary for the normal and safe operation of the RV are guaranteed. Should a failure of any necessary item occur (i.e. engine, plumbing, electrical, etc.), every attempt will be made to repair and/or restore the RV to proper functioning. Any failure of non-critical items (those not deemed necessary for basic and safe camping) will be repaired during the course of normal, routine maintenance.
Any awning damage is not covered by insurance. Awnings are to be used in clear, quiet weather days. Awnings are notorious for being damaged during wind or rain. If rain or wind is suspected, please roll up the awning. If you are going to leave the RV unattended for an extended period, pull in the awning. You will be held responsible for any awning damage and repairs can cost up to 6000.

Hello!  We are so excited to share our home away from home with you.

Our trailer features sleeping for 8.  In the master you will find a queen bed with four oversized pillows, two shams,  sheets, and a light comforter.   Alongside the bed there is  storage for hanging clothes,  and store above for folded items or shoes. Both sides of the bed come equipped with multiple outlets and charging ports as pictured.

In the bunk house you will find three over sized children's bunks.  All come with sheets and one pillow.  Our baby rail is available upon request.  The bunkhouse has a curtain closure which allows for separate sleeping quarters from the main living.
All spare bedding can be found in the bunkhouse cabinet.

Our oversized dinette also turns into a queen 7 foot long bed.   Our sofa turns int a jackknife which will fit one child or adult,  as pictured.  Both come with sheets.  See photos.

In our trailer you will find our new Smart Tv which will you give you access to all of our favorite channels if you have Wifi where you are camping.  

Our  fully stocked indoor kitchen offers plenty of prep and cooking space.  You will find everything you need for breakfast, lunch and dinner preparation including a coffee pot, an electric skillet, pots, pans, etc. 

One of the biggest draws for our trailer is the spacious outdoor kitchen area.  Everything you need to cook is available to you,  including our black stone grill! Perfect for cooking breakfast as the sun comes up and dinner under the stars.  Our outdoor kitchen also boasts a refrigerator which will allow you to keep all of your beverages cool.

There is no smoking inside the trailer.
Pets need to be disclosed at the time of booking.

We love going to state parks!  We recommend any in Pennsylvania and Delaware.  You can't go wrong any place down the shore.

Well Maintained and Extremely Clean. This is the Family Vacation Motor home with sleeping for 6 including 1 king side bed privately set in the back.  The electric front drop down bunk provides added sleeping space for family or guests.    The couch and the dinette both convert to beds as well.   There is a convenient computer workstation up front so you can work while your partner drives!!!  Excellent storage, easy to drive, and hookup.   Newer rig with low mileage.  Gas mileage of 12-14 MPG.  (100 miles included per day 35 cents per mile).  Please NO rentals west side of Mississippi.  No off road camping, dry, or tailgating.  Limited Generator use, prefer campground or electrical hookup. 

Drive away in comfort and style!   Our RV is packed with everything you need for your next trip. Fully loaded kitchen with service for 6.  Coffeemaker and Microwave. Just bring the food!  Three TV's. Pet Friendly ($100 per pet).  Bring your own linens.  Chairs & firewood included for your outside enjoyment. Bike rack available for an extra charge. RV comes fully stocked with dinnerware, coffee pot, toaster, kitchen necessities like can opener, etc.  Paper plates, plastic cups are also provided. We also provide 2 rolls of T.P. and 2 rolls of paper towels for your convenience.  Four camping chairs are included also.  We also provide a few pieces of wood for your first fire.    

No trips West of the Mississippi.  NO TAILGATING.  NO BOONDOCKING OR DRY CAMPING ALLOWED!!!!  Renters are responsible for any damage to the RV.  

Make sure you check in state you are traveling regarding tunnel rules.  Most have rules pertaining to propane.

This unit is equipped with 2 solar panels and lithium ion batteries allowing for camping in more remote locations (boondocking).  Everything runs off the batteries Except the cold air.  
The tongue jack and stabilizers are power, however the camper Must be leveled out before deploying the stabilizers. 


2 burner portable Coleman grill, camping chairs, outdoor rugs, basic utensils and dishes are included. 
Some dry food and condiments may be left from previous trips, however it is your responsibility to bring food and clean up afterwards. 
LINENS AND PILLOWS ARE NOT PROVIDED!

Renter is responsible for emptying the black water tank before returning or additional charges will incur.

For best camping experience possible, I’d recommend a pull-through full hook up with 30 amp service.  
PLEASE, be mindful of parking under low branches or trees. The roof is a rubber membrane and can tear relatively easy if a heavy branch drags across it.
