We require our guests to purchase our additional liability insurance through our MBA Rental Insurance Policy. Once your booking is secured, we will message you instructions to purchase it through their website. It is $21/day for the duration of your vacation. This ensures the safety and security for us and our guests 

We will also will ask you to confirm the towing vehicle and towing experience. The vehicle will need to be equipped with a 7-pin connection and brake control system. We recommend a full sized SUV or truck

Please consider our optional upgrade packages. These add amenities to your stay. Here are the options, these can be selected at checkout and are available with both pick-up and delivery

-Weight Distribution Hitch and sway control - This is a required option for vehicles that are smaller than a full size truck (F150) or SUV
-Bike Rack - This is a bike rack for up to 4 bikes that will mount on the RV's hitch on the back
- Outdoor Get-Away Package - This includes items for outside the trailer door. We will provide 5 Camp Chairs, Small Camping Table, Electric Griddle, and a Large Outdoor Area Rug

Please No Smoking inside the trailer. Pets are happily welcomed but we must be notified and they must be well behaved. Renter will be responsible for any damage or additional cleaning incurred by the pet.  Nothing other than toilet paper is to be flushed down the toilet. The grey and black tanks MUST be emptied before return or renter will be subject to a dumping fee.  Most campgrounds provide tank flush stations for use. There is no climbing or standing on the roof. Clearance is 11Ft!

2024 Escapod Topo 2 Voyager

If you're looking for a comfortable, spacious, and modern camper for your family vacation, then you've come to the right place. This 22 ft, 11 inch camper can be pulled by large SUVs, pick up trucks that have a max towing capacity of 5,000 lbs. It's slide out dining area gives you plenty of space to cook yummy pancakes in the morning as your family is enjoying that fresh coffee at the dining table. The dining table also converts to a full size mattress leaving enough space for two adults to comfortably sleep.  The double size bunks can easily fit 4 kids (or two adults), and we added a bunk ladder for kids to easily climb in and out of bed. The bathroom contains a toilet (with RV safe toilet paper), a roomy shower, and sink for an all-time glamping experience. The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer so you can store plenty of food and drinks and it has a 2 range cooktop. The queen size murphy bed converts to another sitting area, perfect to hang out in during those rainy days. The outdoor area has an LED lit power awning and a perfect built in outdoor kitchen with a grill and fridge, so you can spend more of your time outdoors or get breakfast started as the kids are still sleeping.
