There's plenty of fridge, freezer and storage space to support you on your journey. A queen bed, twin bunkbeds, and a convertible dinette provide more sleep space than should be possible in a trailer of this size. When it is not being used as extra sleep space, the small dinette is a great place to share a meal. 

Full hot water shower and bathroom. The power 9' awning, outdoor lighting and speakers extend your comforts into the great outdoors. 

I can include bedding free of charge.

Propane fridge and heat, LED lighting, USB device charging and 20 gallon fresh water tank make it great for getting off grid. If you are able to plug in then the A/C will keep you cool in any weather.

I am super flexible with pickup and drop-off times.

Prefer to tow yourself? No problem! You can pick up directly from us, or we will deliver to your location and help you get hitched and on the road.

Our camper is clean and new with a Huge slideout that makes it feel even bigger. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults, or 2 adults +3-4 children with a full-size bed, pull-out couch, and convertible dining table. Pets are welcome too!

If you decide to tow yourself, you'll need a full-size SUV or truck with a towing package installed and electric trailer brake controller. Your tires should also have good tread remaining. If you have never towed before, we will be happy to provide you with a short driving lesson before you hit the road.

We do not allow you to be inside of the RV while it's on the road. It's very unsafe!

We do not allow smoking inside of our RV.

Colden Lakes Resort is a wonderful, family friendly campground. It has a beautiful heated pool and plenty to do. Relaxing atmosphere, gorgeous scenery, and incredible wildlife. The owners are more than helpful, accommodating to you and your family. They even provide fun activities and events throughout the season! RV sites average between $65-$75/night.

Another great option is Niagara Hartland RV Resort, family owned and operated since 1985. Situated in the peaceful tranquility of Gasport, New York. Hartland is located midway between Rochester and Buffalo/Niagara Falls. They offer the ideal location to camp as well as travel to many nearby tourist/shopping areas. In addition to the local attractions they have many activities to keep you and your family occupied. On site they have a swimming area, fishing, and paddle boating on their eight acre Lake Charles. They also have a playground for children as well as many walking and bike paths around the camp. Sites have picnic tables and fire rings. RV sites are $45.00/night, $270/week.

Everything is in wonderful condition and ready to use. I provide extra sheets for the beds as well as pillows and blankets. There is hot cocoa and some condiments in the fridge.
