Purchased new in May 2018.  This unit will comfortably sleep two adults and 3 children.  Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, place settings, utensils and bedding.  It has a 40" LED retractable Smart TV for the living area and 32" LED Smart TV in the rear bedroom.  The master bedroom is equipped with the industry standard short queen.  We have upgraded it with a premium memory foam mattress.  Full Kitchen with microwave and mid size refrigerator.  Two motorized slide outs.  Stand up shower and private bath room.  19' Outside awning, outside entertainment center with 32" LED Smart TV, Outside kitchen with LP Grill Hook and outside shower.  

Please note we take pride in providing the best quality rental for your vacation.  So we request you take care of our coach.  Please return coach at the same fuel level as received, return clean, trash free, full of propane and ensure the gray and black tanks are drained and flushed.  In the event our requests are not met there will be the following charges removed from your security deposit.  Cleaning fee $125, Tank drain and flush $100 and fuel at $10 per gallon and propane at $10 per gallon.  All drivers must be verified thru outdoorsy to qualify for insurance.

-Weight Distribution Hitch: For smaller tow vehicles like Jeeps and crossovers, benefit from my high-value hitch system (valued at over $1000). Be sure to select this add-on if you need it. I use this while towing with my Jeep Rubicon 4 door and I would not tow without it due to the anti-sway capabilities and load balancing.

-I can provide a standard hitch, free of charge for the duration of your rental, be sure to choose it from the add-ons menu.

-Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery to your campsite within 50 miles with a 3-night reservation. Due to Outdoorsy's limited customization options, I have to charge a fee for this service. If you reserve and its for 3 nights or more, I will refund the delivery charge. 

-Delivery Coordination: Due to my full-time job, delivery arrangements need to be coordinated. I'm available to pick up and drop off the RV at specific times. Please contact me to discuss and schedule delivery based on your needs.

-Additional Cost for Short Stays: For stays shorter than 3 nights, delivery is available at an additional cost based on distance.

Tailgating and Festival Friendly: Our RV is perfect for tailgating and festival adventures. Enjoy the freedom to celebrate and make memories. Just remember to follow event guidelines and respect the space.

No Smoking Policy: For the comfort of all travelers, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the RV. This includes cigarettes, cigars, and vaping. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and smoke-free environment.

Return Clean and Respectful Treatment: As you conclude your journey, we kindly ask that you return the RV in the same condition you received it. Treat it with respect, clean up after yourselves, and ensure all belongings are removed. We appreciate your efforts in keeping our RV ready for the next adventure.

Follow all traffic and safety laws during your trip.

FEES DEPOSITS AND OTHER CHARGES:
I am a traveler like you, and one thing I dislike are all of the "cleaning fees" and random charges. Keep in mind that I ask for minimal fees and its mostly to cover propane costs and that I have no control over the trip deposit. The minimum Outdoorsy allows me to set is $500. I offer hefty discounts for weekly and monthly rates. 

The delivery fee, as mentioned before, will be refunded if your stay is 3 nights or more.

If you are looking to stay local, I would suggest any of the many game lands or beaches. I typically travel to the mountains of NC and VA. If you are looking for a good solo campsite with full hookups only 4 hours away let me know and I can refer you to the perfect site nestled in a quiet valley nestled on the NC/VA border. 

If you are wanting a beach trip, there are many RV sites available. I suggest a weekend trip to Ocracoke island, make sure you make your ferry reservations!
