Looks new, smells new, and drives more like a pickup truck than a camper.  This is right in the sweet spot for size... Fits in a normal parking spot, maneuvers with ease.  Big Backup Camera, nice turning radius, low stress, low drama.  Fun bunk/loft above driver sleeps two, comfy bed in the back sleeps two, unusually big dinette folds down to another bed where another adult can sleep fine but where kids are extra comfy.  Nice big shower and porcelain toilet in private bathroom.  Nice size fridge and freezer- both fully functional while you drive, on- board generator with automatic transfer switch, fully self contained with it's own fresh water tank, hot heat or freezing AC to go anywhere in comfort.  Huge TV, local antenna and Satellite Capable.  Tons of inside storage, tons of outside storage, it’s very unlikely you could ever run out of room even for a trip to the west coast.  Very spacious and user friendly for a 24 footer.  Doesn’t bounce around the road, drives smooth, is an absolute joy to travel in.  

We are meticulous about our vehicles' service, level of detail and sanitation.  This RV has gone to Florida twice so far this winter and performed flawlessly.  Tracie even drove all 7 hours back from our Nashville stop.  This is an excellent and efficient choice for any travel plans.  

We keep our basics stocked in the Rv for you, there’s a griddle, pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils, plates, cups, a coffee maker, coffee mugs, toaster, and some cleaning supplies.  We'll leave enough napkins, TP, and paper towels to get you started.  Please bring your own bedding, pillows, towels and toiletries.   

We are pet friendly, we do have allergies.  For these reasons this RV has no carpet and is easy to clean/sanitize, and keep it that way.  

We also understand time flies on vacation and some things can be overlooked.  If you don’t have time to bring it back in the condition it left, we offer cleaning and sanitation services as well.

The Ohio Highways will spoil you- I75, 71 and 70 are quick smooth and easy if you've got somewhere to be while the back roads are better for a relaxed schedule.  We love Sandusky and the islands, this RV is "ferry friendly" as it is easy to maneuver.  Each winter we get down to Florida and enjoy Nashville in between.

2021 Forest River Wild Wolf 30Kqbss.  This hands down the most comfortable trailer we could find that could accommodate 4-6 adults comfortably.  Unit is equipped with a private bedroom w/ queen size bed and 32" television.  Both the dinette and sofa convert into a full size sleeping area that is much more comfortable than bunks and cramped pull outs.  Unit also contains a private bunk house with three bunks, 32" television and a table for two for additional dining area.

There is a bathroom with shower, 11 cu. ft fridge, gas stove and electric oven.  There is also a dinette that seats four people and an oversized couch to relax and enjoy the 55" television and electric fireplace.

Unit is equipped with a outdoor cooking area w/ a second refrigerator, sink, gas grill and 40" television.   There is some additional storage in the top of the outdoor cooking area and there is also plenty of storage underneath the master bedroom. 

Plates, cups, pots and pans, silverware, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, coffee pot, cream, sugar and toaster are all provided in the kitchen. 

Also included:  trash cans, trash can liners, paper towels, toilet paper, tv antenna 

Everything you need is included to make this a great experience and a memorable trip with friends, family or both!

If you’d like the camper to be delivered and set up at your camp site there is a 3 day minimum rental period.

2. Pet friendly with pet cleaning add-on selected. Since some guests are more sensitive to pet dander a deeper clean is needed after camping with fury friends...see add-on's tab.

3. Please make sure to empty ALL tanks prior to return ($150 “dump fee” to be charged if returned NOT empty).  Dump fee will be charged for all delivery rentals that are NOT at a location where a dump station is available.

4. Please wipe down and clean up any larger messes.

5. Requires 2 3/16 inch ball for trailer hitch. Rental includes weight distribution hitch.

6. Between Nov. 1 and Mar. 1 Camper will be winterized... rentals may still occur during this time, however they must either be used WITHOUT water/toilet or if renter wishes to use water/toilet renter must pay for un-winterizing and then subsequent "re" winterization at renter's expense. The cost is $100 each ($200 total) and must be selected as an add on.

7. Generator - if you choose the generator add on our generator will accompany the camper for your rental. There is unlimited use NOT charged by the hour. The generator will start off with a full tank of gas but if renter needs more gas renter is responsible for purchasing additional gas. Renter does NOT need to return with a full tank or any fuel in the tank.

Perfect for romantic getaways, family trips, tailgating and even extra space for out of town guests (park in your driveway and use in lieu of a hotel room).

Great local campgrounds include Caesar Creek Campground, Cowan Lake Campground and Winton Woods Campground. The Halloween themed events in October are very cool!

Family friendly travel trailer!  This well kept, clean, camper has everything you need.  When the owners (family of 5) aren’t enjoying it themselves, take advantage and enjoy time at the campground with your family.  There is plenty of space inside with the large slide out and the 4 bunks in the rear.  
This camper sleeps 10: 2 sets of bunk beds in the rear, queen master in the front, sleeper sofa, and table that converts to a bed.  There’s a full kitchen and bathroom.  As well as plenty of supplies for those of you who’ve never camped.  Just bring your own linens, towels, and pillows.
No smoking or pets.  Failure to follow our expectations, could result in the loss of your security deposit.
