Our 22 ft travel trailer was bought brand-new with love to enjoy the outdoors and bring families together! In our camper you will find two double bunks in the back (almost the size of a queen bed) with the bathroom to the right and a queen size bed for the master up front, in the middle of the camper we have a very large window nestled directly beside our booth style dining area which is across from the fully stocked kitchen with a wonderful deep farmhouse sink (rare find for a camper)! Outside you can sit under our state of the art push button awning with wonderful blue led lights for an awesome ambiance at night time, on the other side of the camper you will also find an outdoor shower.

Sleeps 2 on a comfortable bed that easily converts from the dining table. 

Water can be connected to a spigot, an/or pumped to the kitchen sink from the 16 gallon onboard water tank. 

30AMP electrical connection provides all the power you need for lights, refrigeration, AC/heat, and cooking.

This RV is an amazing home away from home, and comes with everything you need to have a great and comfortable vacation. It is fully loaded out with 2 queen sized beds, as well as a dinette table and couch that convert into twin sized beds. There are 3 different TVs, including one on the outside! There is an oven and gas range with 3 burners, as well as a convection oven microwave. Of course no kitchen is complete without a full sink, as well as a mid-sized refrigerator and freezer. And for those who like plenty of space and a nice view while they cook, there is also an outdoor cooking area, complete with a refrigerator and sink! There are two slide outs offering plenty of space to move freely about. There is a bedroom in the back that closes off from the rest of the camper to offer you some extra privacy. There is a bathroom, complete with toilet, sink, and shower. This camper has more than enough storage, both under and inside to bring anything you can think of! Currently our generator is not working so if you are needing that to run the power we don’t have that capability.

We have included fresh linens, pillows, towels and washcloths, cookware, eating utensils, plates, bowls, cups, coffee pot, toaster, marshmallow roasting stick set, clothes drying rack, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and other paper goods. 

Pets are welcome but you must clean up after them. 
No smoking!!
Return the vehicle with the same amount of gas that was in the tank at pickup. This includes the propane tank.


Any KOA is a great place to camp, especially if you have young children!
