We invite you to stay in our 2016 Keystone Fuzion Toy Hauler. This rig has a King Size Bed in the master bedroom with two closets. In the front there is also a full bathroom with a large shower. In the rear there are 2 queen beds (bunk beds) and a half bathroom. The queen beds can also be converted into 2 double couches and there is a kitchen table to use for meals or family fun. In the main area, there is a loft with a twin bed and couch with 4 recliners that lay flat for additional sleeping area.  It features a full kitchen with a gas or electric fridge/freezer, 3 burner gas stove, microwave, oven, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, ice maker, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. There are 3 TVs, a fireplace and heated floors. It is equipped with the Blizzard package. There are 2 10 gallon propane tanks, 3 slides, and 2 AC units to keep you comfortable! Outside there are speakers, 3 awnings, porch/deck off the rear, and hookups  to move one of the indoor TVs outside! There is a toy lock system to secure your toys if you to bring any toys - the toy hauler portion can comfortably fit a side by side, golf cart, ATV, etc. 

The generator is temporarily out of order. This will not affect your stay as long as you are staying somewhere with electrical hookups. 

Towing and delivery: We are not allowing renters to tow our trailer at this time, but we are happy to provide delivery, set up, tear down, pickup, and dumping holding tanks for $3.50/mile. This distance is measured one way from our house to your camping destination. This means I will use my vehicle, gas, time, and labor. All you have to do is show up and be ready for a stress-free camping experience. All we ask is that you take care of our camper!

Cookware, DVD player, sound bar, games, outdoor rug, grill/propane/grilling utensils, 4 adult/2 kid camp chairs, 2 full propane tanks, small outdoor table. 
Delivery and pickup is required. Max distance is 250 miles.

Bring the whole family. This camper can sleep 8 people comfortably. The camper is open and spacious with one super slide. A queen size bed in the front, bunks feature full size bed on both bottom and top, plus there is a jack knife sofa and a dinette that lays down to a full-size bed as well. A large pantry with deep shelves provides plenty of room for all your dry foods and essentials. There is an outdoor fridge and icemaker to keep your drinks nice and cold. Also, features a separate door with entry directly into the bathroom. With so many features this camper is sure to make for great memories.

Fresh Linens for Queen bed and extras for other sleeping areas, 4 camping chairs, 4 piece towels set, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of rv safe toilet paper, utensils for cooking,  table clothes for outdoor picnic tables, outdoor folding table to use, outdoor camping  rug, broom and dustpan, dish soap, and smores roasting sticks.


Pets are welcome, but must be cleaned up after.
Absolutely no smoking in the camper.
Camper can only be towed up to 100 miles from Camden, SC and delivery is available with fee for up to 50miles from Camden, SC. 

South Carolina state parks are a must to see if you want to get back to nature.  Recommended are Wateree State Park, Lee State Park, Barnwell State Park, Cheraw State Park (has its own golf course), Dreher Island State Park to name a few.  SC Equine Park is right down the road and this camper is great for those that need a place to stay while there.  If you are looking for more of a resort style then Palmetto Shores RV resort is one of our favorites, with two pools and a lazy river.

We invite you to stay in our 2017 Flagstaff Micro-lite travel trailer.  This is a perfect camper for a couple or small family!  This rig might be smaller, but it has all the comforts of home, and is nimble enough to go anywhere you want.  There is one Queen bed, and a jack-knife sofa that makes into a bed.  It features a full kitchen with a gas or electric fridge/freezer, three burner gas stove, microwave, oven, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.  There is a portable table to go in front of the couch for dining, or it can be folded up and stowed behind the couch.  There is also a TV that can swivel towards the couch or the bed.  The furnace and air conditioner will keep you comfortable in any climate.  The bathroom features a foot flush toilet, and walk in shower with plenty of room to move around.  The rig can hold 43 gallons of freshwater and 30 gallons of gray water, as well as 30 gallons of waste water.  This will allow you to comfortably camp in a remote area for a weekend.  Outside you will find speakers, a 14' awning, and outside shower with hot and cold water.  Up front is a large storage bay that holds an outdoor rug, four camping chairs, and all electric and water connections.
