The MOE-bile Dream Home was a pipedream turned reality after my sons and I rented an RV for an Orlando, FL road trip during the summer of 2021.  We had so much fun, and the kids kept talking about when we could do it again!  Come spring 2022, Rochelle and I decided that with our merged families, adventurous natures and perpetual wanderlust that investing in our own rig just made sense.  What also made sense was providing that "taste of RV life" experience to others.  Whether you just want to test it out before you buy your own or simply want a no hassle great American road trip experience we are here, renting our RV to you!

I bought a rig that should suit any need that you have, whether you are boondocking at a remote lake, road tripping to National Parks, or enjoying the camaraderie and amenities of the numerous RV Parks throughout the US.

In the cab, leather seats and a new Kenwood stereo with Apple Car Play/Android capabilities. You can connect your phone's navigation and have your tunes on the indoor/outdoor speakers.  One caveat, the backup camera does not work. Using your mirrors and a trustworthy spotter is highly recommended.  

The living/kitchen area is loaded with everything you need in a kitchen, you literally don't need to bring a thing.  That being said, if you don't want to do dishes on vacation, feel free to use the ample extra space for disposables.

It has a generator and inverter for total boondocking freedom.  It has a furnace and air conditioner to keep you toasty or cool, along with electric or LP water heating.  The fridge will automatically convert from LP (mobile/boondocking) to electric (at a site).  The freshwater tank holds 47 gal., black 32, grey 41.  Our family of 6 has to refill and dump every 2 days each taking conservative showers daily, using the restroom, and washing dishes, etc.   Dumping the tanks, if you've never done it, sounds gross and intimidating. I assure you it is easy, pretty clean, and rubber gloves are provided.

-Over-cab queen has mattress protector/fitted sheets (BYO sleeping bags/ pillows)
-The foldout couch and dinette sleeping areas are only suitable for younger children or very petite adults. Also they have no linens, so please BYO sleeping bags and pillows.
-Please don't use the throw pillows as sleeping pillows.



-Please treat the RV with respect, we expect it to be returned to us in the condition it left in. 
-No smoking 
-No deep frying/fish frying or cooking very strong-smelling foods like curry.  Please use hood vent fan  when cooking anything and pan lid if cooking bacon or sautéing. 
-Wearing shoes in the RV creates a huge mess for you to manage and is stinky too! We suggest using the outdoor storage bin right outside the retractable steps.  
-No pets
-No festivals
-No tailgating
-No roof access
-Use the checklists provided when setting up the RV or preparing to depart with the RV... it could save YOUR security deposit!   
-If you ever have a technical question or are unsure about how to do something while using the RV, just call me and I'll do my best to trouble shoot with you!
-LASTLY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, HAVE FUN!  Writing this list was a bit cringe for us... We aren't super big "RULES" type people, but we are big "RESPECT" type people so just take care the MOE-bile like you would if you just bought her yourself and everything will be fine!

 I bought this Scamp having wanted one for years.  It is more fun than it should be. 
 I want to let others in on that fun. Like new and mostly original with a few small added extras.  If you want to see what a Scamp is like this is a great example of what they are (at least from 2012).  Sleeps two comfortably, you may be able to take a small child along, your choice.  Has the bathroom in the front.  Has a rear 2" receiver for adding a bike rack or cargo basket (not supplied).  The fridge is large enough for 2 for a weekend but a cooler will be needed for more.  Weighs roughly 1600lbs without your stuff so it is towable by most vehicles.  The AC comes in the form of a window unit that is optional to take along. The roof fan works great so the AC is only needed for those super hot days that you want to be inside during the day and chills the small space very well.  Being white on the outside means it doesn't get too hot inside anyways. If you are looking to test a Scamp out or just to camp not sleeping on the ground or having to set anything up, this is for you.  Back it in, disconnect from the vehicle, level it and start camping.

Some cookware and utensils included if desired.  Memory foam topper for bed available.  Has a 7 way connector with electric brakes but there is a 7 to 4 wire adapter if your vehicle only has the 4 wire.  Electric brakes won't work then but it is light enough that they aren't necessary.

This travel trailer has all the comforts of home. Private master bedroom with closet and drawers for storage. There is a bunk room in the rear with 2 bunks and a second sofa that also turns in to a bed. The bunkroom also has an attached 1/2 bath.  Additional sleeping in the living area that consists of a tri-fold sofa and fold down table.  4 total TV's with a DVD Player for those rainy nights. This trailer is fully stocked! Linens (Sheets and comforters for the beds, we do ask you provide your own pillows), dishes, pots and pans, camping chairs are included.

Special features of this trailer include an outdoor kitchen with a fridge, sink, 2 burner cook top and outside TV. Also has a rear entry door with direct access to the half bath and bunkroom! Trailer has 3 slide outs making it very roomy.

This camper is offered a delivery only. Delivery fee includes Delivery, Setup, Take Down, Water Dumping, and Pickup. With delivery all you need to do is come and relax. If rental location is not a campground with a dump station, a dumping fee will be added on.

*If using AWNING, RENTER TAKES FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any costs due to damage (which can be up to $5000). If there is any wind, storms or you are leaving the camper, the awning must be rolled up.

*Camper must be returned REASONABLY clean  condition, including, but not limited to, clean dishes, counters,  bathroom, and appliances. If the camper is returned in a reasonably  clean condition, no cleaning fee will apply. Our definition of  'Reasonably Clean' is as follows: A used, but reasonable and considerate  condition that would be expected based off the length of your rental  and location of your trip. - In other words, we don't expect you to  scrub the floors and bleach the shower; we just ask that you don't leave  the unit with dirty dishes, unreasonably dirty floors, or stains on the  walls, furniture, or linens.
Dirty campers may be charged up to $200 in deep cleaning fees.

Extremely difficult-to-clean campers (due to smoke, animals, bugs, and/or any other unreasonable conditions)  may be charged your full security deposit or more, as we consider this  to be damage to the camper. Refer to Security Deposit policies for these  situations.

2022 Crossroads RV Zinger

Our popup camper can comfortably sleep 6.  It has one slightly larger than queen bed (66x80), and a traditional sized queen bed (60x80). The dinette and couch areas also convert into smaller beds, which work great for kids.  Offering to deliver, set up, and break down the camper at any location within 25 miles of our home in Waunakee, WI for $75. This includes many campgrounds in the South Central WI area (Smokey Hollow Campground, Lake WI Campground, Token Creek, Mendota County Park, etc).  Select delivery at checkout, and enter the address.

If you are picking up and setting up yourself, please plan about an hour to run through the camper set up and answer any questions you may have.  

There is an indoor three-burner stove that can also be mounted to the outside of the camper. The indoor table can also be taken outside. There is cookware, and dishware for your use.  The heater works for chilly nights. 
 
There are plenty of indoor curtains for privacy, as well as plenty of available screens to let in sunlight and a nice breeze.  

The camper has a 2" ball and has a 7-point plug. If your vehicle only has the 4-point plug, we have an adapter you will be able to use.  

The propane tank runs the heater and stove. The battery will run the lights and heater. The camper is water and electric hookup ready. When the electric is hooked up, there are two 120-volt outlets. 

Pets are welcome; please see additional cleaning charge at checkout related to pets. 

20 lb propane tank and deep cell battery are included.
