This small, lightweight 2021 Coleman Lantern LT 17B, comes with features that meet all your camping needs including electric heater fireplace, backup camera, electric hitch lift, TV with DVD player & Roku. Its 21.42 feet long, 8 feet wide, 9.75 feet height and 2986 pounds. There are three holding tanks, fresh water (27 gals), gray water (28 gals), & black water (28 gals).

Outside: Single LP tank, a battery, manual stabilizer jacks, 10 ft power awning, storage compartment, power outlet, electric hitch lift, and city & fresh water connections.

Inside: It has a nice openness to the unit, queen bed upfront with storage underneath and shelving above the bed. A quiet wall mounted 8000 BTU air conditioner are right above the queen bed. As you turn around, the dinette with two storages under the two dinette cushions, a large window and a cabinet up above are at the right. Dinette can be lowered and converted into sleeping area for up to 2 people. At the left, it is the kitchen, there's a decent amount of countertop space, single base sink, a big window, two burner cooktop with a couple storage drawers below, and storage cabinet above the window as well. Dishes/Pots/Pans/Silverware/Utensils/Hand Towels/Washrags/Mattress Protectors included!

Moving on down, to the right, the little bunk beds, light on the above, window and storage on the bottom bunk. Fridge and microwave are at the left. Into the restroom, shower and toilet.

Pickup in Durand, WI. Delivery available within 50 miles. Delivery fee includes drop off and pickup. Addons for 4 bikes rack attachment, providing of bed linens are also available.  Camper must be returned with Black and Grey tanks emptied, propane tank refilled, and basic cleaning up after yourself.  If you don't wish to do those, we offer addons to cover that part. Welcome to your next adventure!

Upon entering the camper, you will be welcomed with a spacious layout. The kitchen features a fridge, double sink, oven/range, microwave, several cupboards and drawers and a built-in paper towel holder.  There is also a nice sized pantry to keep all of your vacation food. The fold-out couch, as well as the collapsible dinette, double as sleeping areas. The seats of the dinette lift to reveal more storage. The many windows let in lots of natural light as well as letting the breeze flow through when opened. Several ducts will keep you comfortable with air conditioning or heat. 

The bathroom consists of a shower (with hand-held wand), tub, sink with vanity drawers and storage, a foot-flush toilet and medicine cabinet/mirror. A skylight keeps the room very bright.

The bunkroom boasts a whopping 4 bunkbeds and a wardrobe with lots of storage! Two small kids may even share a bunk! Vents keep the room just the right temperature. A curtain separates the bunkroom from the living areas. 

In the master, a queen bed, double wardrobes and double side tables with drawers provide a lot of storage! The platform of the bed raises to reveal another storage area. Store your luggage or laundry basket there to keep your floors clear. Two windows bring in the natural light as well as the breeze when needed. More vents keep the room comfortable. The master bedroom has a sliding door for extra privacy. 

Outside, the large awning is great for relaxing in the shade. Do NOT leave it out unattended or during rain and wind. On both ends of the camper are storage compartments accessible by either side. Hoses, as well as gear needed for set-up and tear-down are found there. There is also an outdoor shower.

We also will have a complimentary tote with tin foil, saran wrap, some paper towels, garbage bags and shopping bags, gallon-sized ziploc bags, sandwich-sized ziploc bags, extension cord, dish soap and sponge. A broom and fly swatter are also included.

We have an optional basic cookware package available if you choose. It comes with some pots and pans, cooking utensils, a coffee percolator, and some mugs. 

Camping chairs are also an added fee if you would like to add them to your rental. 


You MUST request & get owner approval before allowing a dog in the RV.  Owner reserves the right to accept or decline any dog, for any reason. Dogs must be crated when left unattended in camper. No puppies or cats allowed. Only house-trained dogs. Dogs are not allowed on any upholstered area due to the soft material and the risk of stains, smells or other damage. We charge an extra fee of $100, non-refundable, per dog. If any pet damages occur, including evidence of pet urine or feces, you will forfeit your entire security deposit, and any excess damage will be charged to you accordingly. If any large amounts of pet hair are left upon return, you will be charged a full Deep Cleaning Fee for this to be removed. Do NOT leave the awning out unattended or use it in the wind and rain. It can rip and break and insurance does not cover it, it will be your responsibility to pay for repairs.

Bedding can be provided, upon request. Otherwise, guests should plan to bring their own.

This is a brand new 21 foot travel trailer with an electric slide out full dinette that converts into more sleeping.  It also features a queen sized bed in the front and two bunks in the rear.  It has a 3/4 size fridge/freezer, microwave, and 2 gas burner stove top with glass cover.  Gas/electric water heater, 20 gal fresh water tank, 30-15 Amp converter, 30-50 Amp converter, 4 way sway control hitch, brake controller, fresh water hookup with filter and regulator, cable internet hookups, electric awning, etc.  Reach out if you have any questions!

I want this rental experience to be as stress-free as possible, so I tried to think of everything to make it easy for you!  This van is fully loaded with all the essentials, plus some extras.  Need the van delivered to the airport, I can do that also. 

What WE Love:
* This rig is new so everything works.  No concerns about breaking down or mechanical issues.
* Everything that is stocked in this rig is also new.  New bedding, new dishes, new, new , new.
* We Love the pop-top!  Great for an adult or two kids.  Allows for two separate areas if people want to spread out, or have a little privacy or alone time.
* Takes about 5 minutes to set-up, and 5 minutes to tear-down.
* All the windows have shades to create privacy and  be as dark as you want as you sleep.
* And the best part might be the hot water hook-up in the back which allows you to shower outside if you desire.  Way more room and private.  

Perfect Size - We love this Camper Van as it's the smallest RV that still has a toilet and shower.  At just under 20 feet, it can pretty much go anywhere.  Easily go into town or any parking lot as it's only about 2-3 feet longer than a large SUV.  I feel it's very easy to drive and actually seems to have a better turn ratio than my BMW X5 SUV.
