I provide disposable rubbers gloves, complementarily.No smoking in RV. No climbing on roof. No driving on gravel or sand roads, occasional side road okay. No fish processing in RV.Please understand that Pick Up Time is 3PM and Drop Off Time is 11AM. We have a very busy schedule and need to maintain these times so the vehicle is ready for the next renter.Please understand that if you want to pick the RV up before 3PM, if available, it will be an additional $20/hr for every hour before 3PM.Similarly, if you return the RV after 11AM, you will be charged $20/hr for any additional hour after 11AM.If you drop off the RV after 3PM, you will be automatically charged for an entire day at your daily rate plus tax. No exceptions.

4.5Please consider increasing the daily mileage allotment for the customer. It was kind of a bummer to spend all this money for a 10 day rental and still have to pay for additional mileage. 150 miles per day would cover probably 90% of your clients. Other than that the overall experience with the Alaska RV rentals staff was extremely helpful!!

3A few days before our trip was to begin, I messaged the owner asking if the RV had a coffee maker. I was told yes. When we arrived and had the walk thru, I had to ask about it and was told very unapologetically that it had been rented out to someone else. We ended up buying one at the local Walmart instead. Another inconvenience was the fact that the address listed in the Outdoorsy app was not correct. After walking to the location listed and not finding it, the owner finally called me to ask where we were. He said they moved a year ago. No sure why it hasn’t been updated since. Thankfully the new address wasn’t too far away but it was still annoying. The vehicle itself was fine and served our group of 6 well. The rental says it sleeps 8 and when I asked the owner, he said they don’t differentiate between adults and children. I’m sure glad we didn’t show up with 8 adults! It would have been a very long few days!
