Review summary
Responsive, resolves issues quickly
Multiple guests found Flint helpful and quick to respond to small issues. However, one guest reported being charged $335 for blind damage, accusing the host of suspicious practices after an absent drop-off.
Condition not as advertised
Advertised as new, but RV had a fish smell, broken blind, bumper damage, and worn shower track. The kitchen lacked basic items like plates. Though one guest called it perfect for a family of 5.

1.0Beware!!! Description of the RV is not accurate. It’s advertised as in NEW condition, but it’s not. Upon pick up the interior had a terrible smell of fish which was not pleasant to drive and sleep in. The Interior blind was holding up by some construction clamps. Also the exterior back bumper had damage. Beware the owner will take bunch of pictures before pick up, and after return he will not have time for you at drop off. Instead he Charged my credit card for an interior Blind damage of $335. Very suspicious with scamming people that way. Also the interior had a bunch of little things like worn out track on the shower door, insufficient bedding. I never leave a comment or a complaint, but this was a bad experience for us and left me with no choice but leave a bad review.

5.0We had a wonderful experience in Flint’s Minnie Winnie! It makes us want to buy a camper of our own. We had a few small issues but he was very quick to respond and we got everything resolved easily.

4.0The owner was great to work with and the RV was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen lacked some basic functional things (plates, bowls, something you could bake on in the oven...), but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

Frequently asked questions
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Connect MH to City Power In the electrical compartment on the driver side, disconnect extension cord from the junction box that it is plugged into. Unscrew electrical access hole on the bottom of compartment and feed extension cord through the hole to your power source. (Included is a 120 volt 30 amp and 20 amp electrical connection). Ensure that electrical gets plugged back into MH junction box or nothing will work.
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Slide operation Parking brake must be set and the ignition must be on. Do not forget to turn ignition off after retracting or extending slide. Do not have additional weight or bodies on slide portion during operation. If slide does not operate, check the 30 amp fuse in fuse panel to left of entrance near floor. It may require ensuring tight fit or replacement of fuse, additional fuses available above door storage. Release switch when slide is full
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Please check in with us for special arrangements if required or needed.
