Steer clear of Alaska RV Rentals! The company offered almost no customer service, what little it did provide was abysmal, they misrepresent their RVs as coming "fully equipped" when they are most certainly not, and there is no pride of ownership as demonstrated by the condition of the RVs and the minimal items stocked in the RV. First, pick up. We were scheduled to pick up our RV at 3 pm or later. When we arrived around 3:45 pm, the tiny front office was packed with people, some of whom had been waiting for over an hour and a half to get their vehicles. They were extremely disorganized, understaffed and unprepared for people picking up RVs on July 3 - the Friday of a holiday weekend. It took nearly two hours for us to get our RV. When we did, the RV was visibly dirty (e.g., crumbs and debris on the dinette table right when you entered). We were so disgusted by the state of the vehicle that we Lysol sprayed and wiped every surface and still felt disgusting. We received a walk-through from one of the employees, but no written instructions or manual. The black water tank showed that it was 1/3 full already. The employee assured us that was just because sometimes remnants stay in the tank and activate the sensor (which we learned within 24 hours was totally false). It was our first time in an RV, so it was not until we were on the road that we realized that NOTHING was properly secured or held down in the vehicle, which made for a deafening ride. The listing stated there was a back up camera. If there was one, it was not set up and did not work. This was a major safety issue and false advertising. The RV was NOT fully equipped. The few kitchen supplies were unusable, including a moldy plastic cutting board. The sheets were mismatched and included duvets without removable washable covers. I shudder to think whether / how often those are laundered. We were not provided with any kitchen towels. There was no dish soap or hand soap, no paper towels. They charged us $15 for a coffeemaker that cost less than that at Target. Before we hit the road, we were told to text a certain number for assistance and they would "try to respond." When we did have an issue, the text response we got hours later was to text someone else. Luckily we had figured things out on our own by then. Luckily, we still managed to have a wonderful time despite the misrepresentations in the listing and the total lack of customer service, slovenliness and unkempt condition of the RV. We will definitely rent again but NOT from this company. Again, I recommend avoiding any of their rentals on the Outdoorsy platform.

It was as easy as could be - given all the moving parts, logistics; and potential problems. The rv’s worked well for the most part- the staff was good . There was one incident with a door and they fixed it right away. The costs were presented fairly. We will use them again.

Great camper for the week! Clean, ran great, no issues, and good service from the rental company.

The motor home was awesome we had a great trip to Eureka berry picking only thing was he said they give a credit for the Grill of 20.00 but it never showed on the bill. Me and my Wife enjoyed the motorhome even in the rain it was nice and warm and good to meet up with other family and friends.
