However, it will sleep 10. The dinette table converts to a bed and the couch together will sleep four kids easily. (Only two adults comfortably) Six adults can sleep comfortably and that’s not using the two twin bunks.The unit has two AC units which require 50-amp service. The additional AC unit will keep your family cool during the hot summer months.It includes a King-size bedroom, a bunk room with a sofa that converts to a memory foam Queen-size mattress (very comfortable), and two twin-size bunk beds. The U-shaped dinette and couch also fold out to provide more sleeping options. (Let us know if you plan on using these beds for additional sleeping so we can provide linen and pillows) The kitchen includes an 11 CU. FT. refrigerator/freezer, stovetop with oven, microwave, coffee nook, pantry, and cabinets for all of your cooking essentials. The bathroom includes a stand-up shower, toilet, and vanity. The camper has loads of storage with lots of bins to store all of your camping items. It has a spacious outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, and gas grill. It has a large awning with LED lighting. It also includes an indoor/outdoor speaker system (Bluetooth, Hdmi & USB).What's includedThe camper includes dish soap, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, plastic cups, and coffee cups (for up to 8 people). We also provide paper plates, napkins, paper towels, and plastic utensils. Cleaning supplies, a broom with a dustpan, and a small vacuum. We have foam mattress toppers, sheet sets, and comforters for the King, Queen, and the two twin bunks. There are 6 pillows. We provide 8 towels and washcloths under the sink in the bathroom. We also provide a toaster, Keurig with coffee and hot chocolate K-cups, an electric griddle, grilling tools, a foldable table, some seasonings, four camping chairs, and an outdoor rug.The delivery fee covers the first 50 miles from Angier, NC. If you want it delivered outside the 50-mile radius, feel free to contact me for pricing.Recommendations*****The camper is 36 ft in length so the actual camping site will need to be at least 40 ft. Also, the camper will need a 50-amp service connection for electricity in order for both AC units to function. (Summertime you want both units running to keep you cool) The camper can run on 30-amps but only one ac unit will work.Other things to noteWe expect our camper to come back to us in the same great condition as we delivered it. We do not allow pets unfortunately because our daughter has pet allergies. No smoking allowed in the camper.***** Very important addition for my rental!! I will rent out to all events; the security deposit may be increased depending on the type of event. I will communicate with you directly if this is the case.*****If there is no septic dump station on site, you will be charged the dumping fee. With some sites not having dump stations, this changes things for me because now I have to locate a place, drive to this place, and pay the fee for dumping the black and grey tanks on the RV.

We have been married for ten years now and have three children (two are grown and our little girl is eight years old). - Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $150.00. The prep fee includes washing of all bedding, towels, wash cloths after each stay. The gas tanks will be filled, black/grey tanks dumped. Conduct a thorough cleaning and sanitization of the RV.

Many Thanks’ to Mike & his wife for the fantastic RV rental experience. We absolutely enjoyed the RV. We didn’t realize how much stuff the RV came with. We packed most of our camping gear and soon realized that it wasn’t needed. The RV has everything a person could need and the interior was white glove clean “which is very important to us”.
Mike had the RV setup before we arrived and was very informative on the operations. All we had to do was show up and enjoy the beautiful fully equipped RV. We will definitely be renting from Mike again. All of my friends & family were pretty jealous that all we had to do was unload and reload luggage from my truck and drive off. Mike’s wife included a special treat for the kids
(I won’t say what so I don’t spoil the surprise) it was very much appreciated.

I was a little nervous because this was my first experience renting a camper. Michael made it all so easy. He answered all my questions and was willing to show me everything I needed to know about his camper. The camper had everything we needed for our weekend stay at the lake. Linens for the beds, chairs for the outdoors, and a fully stocked kitchen setup. Loved the outdoor kitchen area too. The two AC units kept us cool during the 95+ degree days at the lake. I highly recommend this owner and camper for families wanting to try a camping adventure.
