Been a lover of nature and camping since very young. Starting using a camper 40 years ago and now buy vintage old trailers and restore to original as I am a nostalgic old soul. I have been an entrepreneur for more than 33 years. Was a self taught old school sign painter, running my own business for 27 years, now semi retired I started a local magazine over 5 years ago which I publish monthly and work on my trailers in the spare time.
Very rare Uhaul CT13 Camper, only made during 1984 and 1985. Cozy and comfy with all the little extras to make your camping experience fun and carefree. Fresh and spotless with new curtains and accessories. Includes a brand new awning and 2 folding outdoor chairs which sit on a new outdoor carpet. New custom made soft cloth screen door to keep bugs out and breeze flowing in. Coffee can be made in the real purculator for a true 'morning at camp' experience on the inside 2 burner propane cooktop. Kitchen is fully equipped, just add food.
Lights run off battery so dry camping is a great option. A charcoal BBQ is available along with brickets and starter fluid (*optional). Huxley has on board water and can be hooked to city water. The ice box comes with a large block of ice and works very well however, an extra cooler is recommended for your ice cubes and the items you need often such as soft drinks. An extra 2 burner propane stove (*optional) to cook outside on those hot days. An extremely clean porta-potty (*optional) is tucked away inside. Included are a few family friendly vintage indoor games.
The power is 15 amp and has an extra extension cord. No smoking. Pets welcome but Never on bed or seating area, floor only. Can be towed with a car, weighs only 1250 lbs. Trailer brakes not required. Brand new tires. Unit is sanitized after each rental.
Pets are allowed however, NEVER on the bed or dinette or any other place other than on the floor. This is a vintage trailer, 45 years old and extremely well built. I have fully restored inside and out so please take care of BlueBerry.
Clean and sanitize entire unit, inside and out

Indoor flushable portable toilet

The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience
First of all this is really a super cool way to travel and feel you have some privacy. The trailer was very clean and Jude is so organized a beginner could be an expert. Honestly 1/2 of our experience was how organized and accommodating Jude was.

The RV was very clean and well-provisioned. Instructions were very clear. Jude is an excellent host who truly cares about her RVs and ensuring guests have a good experience.
Huxley is a great little trailer to rent. It’s in great shape, clean and fully stocked with everything you could need for camping. We brought our own bedding but I believe you can inquire about that separate. We did our cooking outside on our own cooktop but the trailer is equipped with a propane stove. We opted to have Jude deliver the trailer to our site. Costs a little extra but well worth it for the convenience. Jude is really friendly and made the drop off/pick up very easy. She runs through everything in the trailer real quick to start so you’re stay is real simple. Two people can sleep in the same bed comfortably, however if you’re on the taller side like myself you make need to make use of each end of the trailer for sleeping. Overall it’s a great trailer that’s a must rent. Thanks for helping make our trip great Jude!
