Having the RV delivered and set up was great! Our only complaint was that we had no hot water so we couldn't take showers or wash dishes. Shane was awesome and tried troubleshooting the issue but was unsuccessful and needed to order a part. The part didn't come in during our time camping because it was the weekend. So, we had to shower in the bathhouse at the campground which had a cost. Although a small cost, it was very inconvenient. Hopefully, Outdoorsy and/or Shane will offer an appropriate refund for the issue. I will definitely rent again in the future because I love camping and the fact that I don't have the stress of actually owning and towing my own camper is fantastic!

This was our second time renting this same camper from Shane. Everything was so smooth and easy in getting set up with the camper. Shane communicated well and provided transparency and assistance through the whole process. The camper had everything we needed for our Vermont vacation!
